Of all the roof & gutter cleaners I contacted, Tom was the most available and the price seemed fair. Plus, he was the ONLY one that did not recommend power washing the roof. All it needed was scraping, blowing, and application of moss treatment. I appreciate his honesty. I was not as pleased with the deck cleaning. The pressure must have been too high, as there was a lot of splintering. Tom did his best to have guys come out and sand it, but it was still pretty beat up. Plus, I learned (after the job was done) that they do not clean the underside of the deck, which was the main reason I wanted it professionally cleaned anyway. Overall, thumbs up on the roof. In future, I would just splurge and have them clean AND stain the deck. That way, they have to make sure it is stain-ready...

The roof is now very clean. They did an excellent job. A couple of minor nits. All three of our skylights leaked during the procedure and a roof tile was broken. I don't blame All Surface for this, however it would have been nice to have been warned.

Everything went as expected. I plan to use them again in the future.

They communicated very well. I got an estimate quickly and then the actual work was scheduled in a timely manner. They did the work when they said they would and left the premises very clean.

Returned phone messages promptly. Estimated cost in a day or two of first contact and then performed the work within a day or two of our agreement. Work was meticulous and thorough, clean up was complete... and moss was gone. Very good experience.

Email response to my inquiry was very prompt, as was the estimate to do the work and subsequent scheduling of the job. Owner, Tom Dieringer, runs a professional business and is very much customer-service oriented. I would highly recommend to others.

They are highly responsive to phone calls and getting an estimate promptly. A follow-up call occurred after the job to ensure that I was completely satisfied. All work was done above expectation in quality including moving a few minor items around to complete the cleaning. One area was missed in the original cleaning (there were a lot of areas to do), and they sent a crew back a couple of days later to finish it.

They arrived on time and did a great job. I would recommend them and would use them again.

The way we were handled, start to finish was very professional. We have had our gutters cleaned before and instead of going with one of the previous vendors, we researched this list and found All Surface. They were very easy to work with and then the following day after the work they called to make sure we were satisfied. A+ for customer service.

Estimator came the day after I called, and the work was done 5 days later. The results were wonderful. My neighbors even commented on what a good job was done. When I mailed the check I wrote a note that the sides of the concrete slab were still mossy due to an oversight. Tom called me the day he received my check and had someone out the very next day to finish the job. He then called me the day after that to be sure that I was satisfied with the work. I would definitely recommend this company! The workers were very polite and took pride in their work.

The free estimate was done the next day after I initially contacted the company; the workers who actually did the gutter cleaning were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Great service!

The crew was on time at both locations. They were courteous, did an excellent job cleaning up all the debris, reattached a loosening gutter at my parents and overall did a great job. The price was comparable to past jobs by other companies.

I HAD ESTIMATES FROM 2 OTHER COMPANIES, AND THIS ONE WAS BY FAR THE MOST REASONABLE ONE. NOW I NEED TO WAIT UNTIL I SEE WHETHER THE MOSS GROWS BACK OR NOT!

I was really pleased. Since my old gutter cleaner went out of business a few years back, I have tried 2-3 different companies and at best, they were marginal. These guys were really great, just like my previous cleaner. They provided a very thorough and professional estimate, communicated very well prior to the work and did an excellent job of both cleaning the gutters, treating the roof, and in cleaning up. Their price was in the middle but was actually a lot less than the most expensive one and only a little more expensive than the cheapest. A friend found them for us on Angies List (before we joined) and they were definitely the best of the three companies from who we had estimates. We will definitely use them regularly.

TOM WAS VERY HONEST AND UPFRONT WITH US. HE DID A GOOD JOB AT KEEPING IN CONTACT WITH US TO LET US KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD BE DOING THE STAINING. HE WAS ALSO EXTREMELY REASONABLE WHEN THERE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING WITH ANOTHER VENDOR WHO WE'D CONTACTED A FEW MONTHS PRIOR FOR AN ESTIMATE ON THE JOB. WE USED ALL SURFACE FOR OUR DECK STAINING AND ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME. HE CHARGES MORE THAN OTHER VENDORS, WHICH IS WHY THE GRADE ON THE PRICE, BUT AFTER OUR EXPERIENCE WITH A CHEAPER VENDOR STAINING OUR FENCE, ALL SURFACE IS WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY FOR BOTH EASE OF DOING BUSINESS AND QUALITY OF WORK.

EASY TO CONTACT AND SCHEDULE, DID WORK WITHIN 1 WEEK OF CALL AS DESCRIBED AND AT PRICE QUOTED. ONLY DISMAY WAS THAT MANY OF THE PLASTIC CLIPS USED TO HOLD XMAS LIGHTS ON THE GUTTERS WERE BROKEN OFF SOMEHOW AND WERE FOUND IN PIECES IN THE LAWN - QUITE POSSIBLY UNAVOIDABLE.

EVERYTHING WENT EXACTLY AS IT WAS DESCRIBED.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT OWNER. HAD A SERIOUS OVER SPRAY PROBLEM (WE LIVE IN A HIGH WIND AREA) AND NEEDED TO HAVE OUR VEHICLE DETAILED AND WINDOWS CLEANED. THE OWNER COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL...NEVER ARGUED ABOUT THE NEED FOR REPAIR. WILL CERTAINLY USE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND.
