Tom Dieringer is very polite and responsive, considering the peak season of summer for this work. His crew was nice, albeit a little loud since we happened to be inside the house when they worked. My roof looks a lot better, and time will tell if the moss stays away. I used the Angie's List coupon for a $15 discount!

They returned calls promptly, clearly communicated what and when they would be doing the work, arrived on the days they had communicated and completed the work agreed to. They did a nice job on the deck. The only two areas stopping me from giving them an overall A are that I didn't think they were as careful as they could have been with the plants in the yard and I felt they could have sanded the railings a bit better than they did. Overall the deck looks 100% better than previously.

They had a busy schedule but were able to get the job done as promised. The roof looks good and there was no damage to the roof.

They did great work and service, and I would highly recommend to anyone.

He got back to you when he said he would, came and did the job as scheduled ahead of schedule, had good overall customer service, was reasonably priced, and went out of his way to help accommodate my concerns around gutter leaks(came right back when during 1st rain several of the gutters were still leaking).

The crew of three men arrived as scheduled ready to go to work. They were very polite and equipped for the job. They wasted no time starting on the roof and working their way down. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after the work was completed. They returned four days later and applied stain on the deck, railings and steps. The deck has not looked this good since it was installed. I highly recommend them. Tom returned my calls promptly. The charged a fair price for the work done.

Owner was professional when the work was performed. However, the zinc solution they used left a permanent stain on my gutter.

SCHEDULING: The original estimate was done mid-May. I called to schedule the first week of June & was told there was a 3-week backlog. They called almost exactly 3 weeks later to let me know they were ready to do the work. PROFESSIONALISM: Tom explained why a powerwash was unnecessary, unlike 2 previous roof contractors who had powerwashed. I had no idea that this can actually reduce a roof's lifespan if improperly done. His crew of 3 arrived on time, worked steadily, & did a great clean up. INTEGRITY: Tom made a follow-up call the day after & asked if I had used the Angie's List coupon. I had completely forgotten about it. He said there was no problem & the $30 refund check arrived 2 days later. I cannot recall any other business that has made sure that I, the customer, got a discount.

Excellent service! Arrived ten minutes early. Respectful crew (we have little children). Price exactly what was quoted.

The team was very efficient and professional. I had similar work done on my home in prior years by other companies, and they always left a huge pile of debris. I will use them again next year.

I have a mixed review. Overall, just fair. For the positive, customer service was great and the crew was courteous. They showed up on time. However, my review of the quality of work is not quite as favorable. They left spots of deck sealer on my patio papers, and dumped sealer on my newly installed bark dust which left a big greasy, smelly spot. Also, many of my trees have roof treatment sprayed on them which left a white, milky residue. To their credit, they came back out and cleaned the spots on my pavers, but you can still see some of it.

Great communication, called right back, fit us into their busy schedule. From the time of estimate to the day our gutters were cleaned was less than a week! Absolutely amazing service and a super reasonable price.

The workers were on time and seemed to do an effective job cleaning the roof. They even returned to do a follow up treatment of some spots that they didn't feel were covered well enough. They did a good job of cleaning up afterward.

Satisfactorily completed work, maybe a little overpriced, but did a nice job, and I got what I paid for.

Very professional & thorough. The estimate was done in the time promised. Likewise the crew was on time on the day promised. They did a very good job on the cleaning. I have decorative loose gravel along one side of the driveway & they did their best to avoid spraying them all over the yard without my having to suggest it. After pressure washing, they washed all the debris into the street leaving a very neat appearance. They also cleaned out a small porch roof that collects a lot of debris at no extra charge.

The estimator was accurate, the workers were efficient and professional. They did an excellent job of matching the stain which was on an attached arbor. We were very pleased with the workmanship. The price was not cheap but the result made the amount seem worthwhile.

Estimate was prompt. It was more than we'd anticipated. We liked that Tom gave options for roof treatment chemicals. He also said that power washing was not necessary or recommended in this case. The work was also completed promptly and as promised. Very good cleanup afterward - top notch. Workers were supposed to leave the invoice on the door but didn't. We called to let him know but never actually received the invoice. We just sent a check for the estimate amount. Weird, but the work was as advertised, the cleanup was better than expected, so no complaints and would use this company again.

Gave me a 2 week window when he'd do the work and missed that, but that was fine as I'm a SHAM and when I called they came the next morning and did everything promised and well.

I called All Purpose Cleaning from the reports on Angie's List and wasn't disappointed. Tom, the owner, is prompt in returning phone calls and he aims to please. I never met Tom, just his estimator and the two work crews sent to my home. All his people are courteous and know what they're doing. The first crew showed up about 1/2 hour later than I was told but I think they try to work without you needing to be home so don't anticipate exact time commitments (except for the estimator - he was on time). The second crew packed up without staining one of our decks and I caught them before they left. They apologized, smiled and got right to it. I have no doubt that Tom would have had this fixed pronto if I were not home to catch it.

All messages were returned promptly and work was performed timely. I was quite satisfied with all my communications with the company and the work performed. I wasn't at home when the work was performed. I did have to do a little cleaning of my patio door and a garbage can that they appeared to have used... but I assume some of that is expected with the cleaning of the gutters.

I was selling our house. The team was on time, polite and did the work well. It was worth the time and money to do this, as the house and roof looked great afterwards. I wish that the estimator had discussed the amount of bleach used and the actual chemicals used on the roof. The bleach odor was quite strong afterwards. They were great about responsiveness (in terms of getting back to me). The team forgot to pressure wash one small area.
