Very responsive from the first phone call. Promptly send out an estimator and followed up with a phone call. Kept in touch and did the work when they said they would.

This company came quickly after being contacted. They gave an estimate that day and returned in a couple of days to do the work. The workers were friendly and worked very hard in the hot sun.

Called me back promptly and showed up for the estimate punctually. We have a steep roof and this is the only company gave me an estimate out of 4 roof cleaning companies. Did a great job. Will surely use them again.

This is one of several identical products based on a foam insert into your gutter. We installed the foam ourselves (after thoroughly cleaning the gutters), although Tom provided helpful hints on how to insert the foam. The inserts were delivered within a couple of days of being ordered. Product is still pricey (about $6/foot) for what I assume it costs to produce the foam.

I called to ask about this product, I was called back within a day and two days later a rep came to the house to give me a proposal for work and cost. I accepted the proposal, but had to call to get it scheduled. The workers were quick, staying on task, cleaning up after the job was completed. I had some questions after the job was completed concerning seams and my call was returned the same day. I appreciated how all my questions and concerns were answered and the manner I was treated.

The original bid was 1,034.75 for cleaning and repair of our roof. We made an appointment for the cleaning and repair. After we made the appointment, another employee of All Surface came out and got on the roof and then added another 1,000.00 to the bid. We decided to not use this company.

I sent Tom an email asking for an estimate and he promptly called me back to set up a visit. It was helpful that I didn't have to be home for the estimate. Within a week of doing the estimate the crew came out and did the roof cleaning and spraying. Because I neglected to shut all of the windows the crew did not power wash for fear of getting water in the wrong places. Tom called to let me know why the job wasn't completed and then made arrangements to come out the next day to finish up. In addition to cleaning my siding/roofing he graciously agreed to have his staff also clean a large skylight (even though his company ''doesn't do windows''). Very positive experience and it was a good way to get ready for fall. I appreciated Tom's willingness to answer all of my questions. Thanks to Tom and Angie's List for making this a non-painful experience.

Outstanding - Tom delivered every step of the way (initial inspection, bid, wash, and staining) exactly as promised and within the estimated times. The work was excellent, the cleanup was spotless, and the price was actually lower than some other quotes! I'd hire All-Surface again in a heartbeat.

Owner and other employees were conscientious and responsive. A last-minute confusion arose (my fault, not the company's), and it was resolved quickly. In response to my query, owner promptly supplied a description and estimate of a specialized service (moss killer/preventive) we are considering for the next time we use this company.

From getting an estimate to scheduling and completing the job right through to follow up Tom and his crew were very responsive, on time, and courteous. Their estimate did not include extra cleaning that our roof didn't need like some of the other bids I received. The price proposed was the price charged; no surprises. They made sure to use the extra thick shakes that our roof has. During the follow-Up call, I mentioned to Tom about the Angie's List coupon that I had forgotten to give the crew upon payment. He asked how much it was and sent the $25 check the same day. I will definitely use them again; and recommend them to anyone.

The initial cleaning was done at the beginning of April. One month later, I noticed that during the rain the same gutter was overflowing and I called the company again. They came for the second time and that took care of the problem. Afterwards, there was some discussion about a charge for the "second cleaning", but that was resolved after a phone call to the owner Tom Dieringer and I was issued a refund check promptly. Company did not accept credit cards.

Their cleaning was very good, they arrived when they said, were prompt when returning calls. Overall, a very good experience. They had agreed to reattach a short downspout, however, and didn't complete this task. I wasn't home at the time, so I'm not sure why they didn't complete the task.

Both the estimate and the work were done as scheduled, were done well and for a reasonable price. All the employees were polite and professional.

Every interaction with this company was fantastic, from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. The owner Tom is prompt, professional, courteous and insists on doing the job right. They may not be the cheapest, but they are one of the best contractors I've ever dealt with. They earn their money through exceeding expectations.

Owner Tom gave a prompt estimate and was very personable. Was willing to wait until the leafs had finished dropping before he started the work. Last October two workers came on time and in the rain completed the job in a couple of hours. Absolutely top notch work on a very steeply pitched roof of our 3000 sq ft. 2 storey house. Had to belay off to reach some of the gutters. I will use this firm again next year. Much better than the others I've tried.

Did a very nice job on roof,not so nice on the driveway. Cleaned up properly and were punctual.

Found this company on Angies list. Excellent job. Discussed with Tom beforehand about my concern regarding blowing out grout between Terra Cotta tile and hurting plants and trees in the area. Also did not want all debris blown into the pool. Crew was very professional, prompt and thorough. No surprises whatsoever other than how good a job they did for the reasonable fee charged. Will hire them again without hesitation.

It was a little difficult to get to talk to a "real" person, but all calls were returned in a timely fashion even though we played a lot of telephone tag. The work crew was efficient, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Because they were very careful there was very little dammage done to the plants. What dammage did occur was because the garden is only about three feet away from the deck and one planter is right up against it.
