They were very fast to give us an estimate and also fast to schedule the work. They were here on time and did an excellent job.

Tom got his estimator out within a few days of calling. I had some follow up questions for him, which he answered in detail & very professionally, and he got the work done within a week after that. There was some sense of urgency as I had a gutter overflowing, and he fit us into their schedule. There were no issues whatsoever with the work/workers.

Called and was able to talk with Tom, who gave me an estimate. Booked appointment. They were able to see me within a few days, during a very busy time, due to many days of bad weather. They called the day before, to confirm they would be coming out. Cleaned out gutters, and fixed one gutter, that was not draining correctly. The team that came out was polite and cleaned up after themselves. A great experience. Would call them again.

Bid was promptly made and work was completed as scheduled. Took two men about 45 minutes - so rate seemed a bit high. Also received a coupon for $25 off their services in a Valu-Pak type mailer, Tuesday after the work was done. Called and inquired if I could get a $25 refund. Operator said they would get back to me. Did received a $15 refund check in the mail with a note that it was the best they could do under the circumstances.

This was a wonderful experience. I called on a Saturday, and the estimator was out on Monday. We then thought about doing the work. There was no pressure or follow up calls, and the estimator gave us 3 options of service. Once we decided to do the work, they were friendly and accommodated us on the next day!!! We didn't even have to be home while the job was done. They are a first rate company all the way.

My only regret is that I didn't get this report in sooner (they did this work in May, 2006). These guys exceeded my expectations in quality service, they were competent, friendly, and even did some preliminary work not specified in their contract, such as pounding down nails and protecting the fence and plants around the deck with plastic. The real surprise was when they handed me the bill and it was 1/2 of the estimate. Not sure if that happens all the time, but certainly did in my case. Then, just this week I received a handwritten note from Tom thanking me for my business. All Surface deserves all the business they get. I wish them continued success.

The estimator was very professional and the work crew spoke no English. I asked the work crew to replace any cracked tiles and they didn't which resulted in me having to call the company and pay for another visit.

They were on time and called prior to arrival. Excellent work and very nice people.

The estimator, owner, office staff, and work crew were all very prompt, responsive, and courteous from start to finish. Tom (owner) and his assistant answered my many questions beforehand. The work was done very thoroughly. This roof was way overdue for cleaning. They showed up and finished on time and cleaned up after themselves very well. Tom worked with me to decide on a criteria for replacing shakes and ridgecaps and not doing more or less on this than I wanted. Tom was very thorough in making sure I understood the pricing structure (particularly for shake and cap replacement) and also that the treatment won't change the roof color immediately. I was very happy with them and will not hesitate to use them again for future maintenance on the roof and gutters.

This was a great company to work with. On the day that my deck was to be cleaned and stained the men doing the work at my house spent much time with me helping me to decide what color to chose. They were professional and patient. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has neglected their deck like me.

From start to finish, the job went well. My initial call was returned, and the estimate was delivered promptly. The estimate was complete and not misleading. Once the job was scheduled, it went exactly according to plan. The weather interfered, but I was appraised of the new schedule, and it was followed. The final cost of the work ended up being on the low end of the bid. It was one of the most professional operations I've dealt with in a long time.

Their office staff was cordial and they seem to have a well-designed customer service process. They responded promptly to my estimate request, and arrived when they said they would to perform the work. A crew of three worked for about two hours. They appear to have been thorough. They charged the same as the estimate.

I got their number off the Angie's List. The experience is not much off the track. They come up with pretty much the most reasonable quote among the all. The price for shakes and shanks are a bit pricey, though. They came on time and perform the job well. The warrantee is very good. They did clean up the drive way after left. But there was 1-2 piece of shakes broke loose after their job. But they came back to fix it up very promptly. I am now still waiting to see if the roof will look anew at the end of the year.

We had an estimate made earlier in the summer from All Surface Cleaning Co. for the Gutter Flow. We hadn't made up our minds on the Gutter Flow but needed to get the gutters cleaned. All Surface Cleaning Co. was able to give us an estimate over the phone for cleaning the gutters. I thought the estimate included roof cleaning and treatment, but it turned out not to have. They made an appointment for the next week, called the day before, and came and did the job, and my husband paid them. I was not home. They made a note on the bill that there was moss on the roof, but that it looked good otherwise. I called later to ask about the moss cleaning and treatment, and they came back to give me an estimate on that.

This bid was our third bid and Tom came right away to do the bid and after we hired him he made the appointment with us. I was impressed because the other bids we had were for power-washing and I wasn't keen on that for our type roof, and Tom seemed to be the only one to know that. I also picked him because he was local to my community and I always like to employ people who live in my town. I was so glad I looked on Angie's list before my husband hired someone else!

Very good experience. They made a preliminary recommendation that saved us money in the end.

Left message for estimate. My call was promptly returned. Estimator came when promised and answered all my questions. When put on the work schedule, I was told about a 2 week wait. When one of the 2 weeks was rainy, I figured it would be pushed back another week. I was notified the day before the work as promised and my job wasn't delayed as I thought it might. The work crew of 3 were great, worked hard all day. They were very thorough and spent alot of time nailing down shingles that were slightly raised but didn't need replacing. New shingles seem to be more substantial than the old ones. They did put more shingles on than the estimate, but we had a leaky corner by a dormer window and the crew was trying to make sure we wouldn't have a problem. We discussed adding the extra shingles before they did it, so no surprises. Found this company through Angie's List and I'm very pleased. Outstanding service for the money.

All Surface Cleaning Co.'s estimate came in at over $1,000 less than the only other company. I could get to even come look at the roof (it's very steep). They were in and out in one day and the roof looks good. I was having my sister do the legwork on calling and appointment making, and they worked with her very well. The only thing they didn't do was something we had requested they after we received the estimate (we were willing to pay more). We had asked if while they were up there they would check for needed repairs in the roof, flashings, etc., and let us know if it looked like any repairs were necessary, because I had discovered indication of a leak last spring. We haven't heard anything back from them in that regard. But overall we are pleased with their work, the cost and their punctuality.

We were very satisfied with the work. Crew showed up when promised, did the work. No surprises. Only problem was workman's knife left on site for my young children to find.

Response was good to request for estimate & notified when materials were not available when originally expected work to be done. Accommodated my request for date to have work completed & gave estimate of time to complete. My only complaint is that the estimator did not tell me that credit cards were not accepted for their jobs. Workers provided an invoice & envelope to return payment by check.

All Surface Cleaning was extremely prompt, courteous and professional in scheduling a visit, and mailing the completed estimate to me. They called ahead of time to tell me that they had an earlier opening, and performed the work nearly a week sooner than expected. The crew was also prompt, polite and thorough.

I guess okay. I have no previous roof cleaning work to compare. Would have appreciated workers with better English.
