They were on-time and provided a free estimate. The cost was a little higher because of the size of the job and the height.

Very good, work was performed when I was at away at work but after inspection saw that everything was done as promised, and everything looked great.

What a prompt, marvelous, honest, painstaking rep! Looked at roof two days after I emailed. Bob saved us money/grief by turning down the opportunity to make $1200 or so on this cleaning job. He said our roof was too old for cleaning; recommended I contact Stoneway Roofing Supplies for the names of 3 roofers to get estimates from, since roofers would have an additional incentive to do a good job so as not to make Stoneway look bad. (Bob's company does not re-roof). He had me look through his binoculars to see the cracks and/or upward curl in many shakes and fragile/worn lower edges. He said when a third or more of the shakes show this wear, it's best to replace the roof. He said all those shakes with cracks would split if someone walked on them for cleaning and said our roof would not stand up even to the compressed air brushing they would have otherwise done in combination with manual brushing for the clumps of moss. Also gave me tips on what to look for in roofers.

Called day before services to let me know they were coming. Cleaned roof, gutters, and replaced damaged shingles. Came back to apply cedar guard treatment another day when weather cooperated. Overall roof looks slightly better. Business stated it can take up to 6 months to see results. Time will tell if the cedar guard treatment was worth the extra money, and if it lasts 5 years.

I had used three other "professional" companies and each had had to be called back to redo the sloppy work. All Surface used a quality product to finish the cedar. I am thrilled. We were out of town when the work took place and we were anxious about the results, but breathed a sigh of relief when we saw the workmanship. Less expensive than our previous contractors who over promised and didn't deliver.

All work was performed in one day and as scheduled. House looked great, particularly the white exterior gutters that were very heavily stained with moss. Cleaned up perfectly with the cleaning solution the contractor used. Very happy with the work that was performed.

The work was done in two stages. The stain was scheduled for another time and was delayed a bit due to weather. The stain was applied very evenly and everything looked great, stairs, railings, etc. Looked like a brand new deck! And, in June it will be one year since the work was completed and the deck has held up really well. I won't need to do much this year other than a light cleaning and seal.

We chose not to use this contractor and went with a company that did roof cleaning for 235 and pressure washing the siding for $445, for a total of $680. No way were we going to pay $1,475.

They were very timely. I did have a problem on my garage and I had a weak spot and they noticed it, so I was able to have a roofer installed roof. They really saved us a lot. They are very professional, nice and easy to communicate with.

The representative was a bit late but apologetic. My primary need was to blow debris off the roof since I am not good with heights. I usually clean the gutters myself (all can be reached on a step ladder). He asked how often I clean the gutters, and when I told him every three months or so, he tried to sell me a foam insert system for approximately $1200; I was not interested. He then looked at what needed to be done for the roof and indicated it would cost the minimum of $125. I told him another company on the list had bid lower and wished him a nice day.

Tom called the day before the work was to be done. They not only performed the work as promised, but also raked the debris from the roof and gutters (that fell on the ground) and disposed of them in our Yard Debris rolling can. I also used them last year for the same work and they delivered the same great service.

They were excellent, didn't leave a mess, and then closed the gates at my house so my dog wouldn't get out when they were done. I was very impressed.

Overall, the price, service, and quality were good and I would use them again. I would only suggest that the clean-up be a bit more detailed, especially when cleaning gutters as dirty as ours! Again, will call them again next year.

The company called quickly, asked for gutter damage description, provided an estimate, and performed the work on tine and on budget.

A crew of five people started and completed the work after minimal instructions and comments from me. Miguel, the lead man, was receptive to questions and requests that I made during the operation. Heavy rain was occurring during most of the cleaning and debris pickup. A neighbor obtained an on-the-spot quote for having similar work on his house.

They did a good job, missed a few spots. They came back and fixed those spots. The treatment they used on the roof left a little bit of a stain on the siding - they cleaned it off for me.

The upfront estimate was very complete and itemized as I had requested. The crew of three arrived on the scheduled day and all they went to work efficiently and very fast. The cleanup was mostly good except for a number of pine needle clusters thrown down from the cleaning that I discovered later had been missed. Only time will prove the effectiveness of the more expensive CompGuard spray, but it is guaranteed against moss and fungus re-growth for three years. I had the GutterFlow system installed in the front side only where several pine trees are located. This fall, the pine needles have built up on top of the foam without blowing off and I removed a bunch while installing Christmas lights, but as far as I can tell, the gutters were flowing properly during the recent heavy rains even with a pine needle accumulation on top. The total project seemed a bit spendy, but the work is guaranteed by what appears to be a well run company that should be around if any issues come up.

They were very timely as far as keeping appts. I requested an estimate for the above work to be done on two houses; ours and a rental. Everything was explained thoroughly in person. The work was done on the day it was promised and, while I was not there to watch the work being done, they did a very good job. They even did my tool shed roof. They cleaned up very well also. There is a 25 year guarantee on gutter problems with this foam installed. Since this job was just done and it was after all the leaves had fallen I can't comment on how effective the foam is in preventing gutter "plug-up" problems but I sure will be watching next Fall. If all works as stated the price will be worth it. I will admit I did some research on various gutter "treatments" for debris, but did not go so far as to get actual estimates so I cannot say if the price was excellent, good or fair in comparison to others. For the work done on two houses it seemed about right.

We used All Surface Cleaning a year ago when we had a clogged downspout that I couldn't clear. They came out quickly, gave a reasonable estimate, and did the work quickly and well. So, we called them back this year when we wanted all our gutters cleaned. Once again, we received a quick response, and the work was done professionally. They cleaned up any mess that they may have made.

I placed a call 1 1/2 weeks prior to Thanksgiving and within one hour received a return call. I explained what needed to be done and an inspection/quote appointment was scheduled for the next day. The work needed to be completed prior to Thanksgiving and All Surface came through. Their work was excellent and completed in a timely and professional manner.
