All Surface Cleaning Company

A great experience from start to finish. All Surface arrived on time and the crew spent several hours cleaning and brightening our deck. They returned two days later to apply the stain. The crew was professional and thorough and the deck looked like new when they were done.

Hired them to clean and treat my roof, gutters, patio roof and powerwashing cement. Surprisingly disappointed when I got home Friday from work, nothing had been done except the powerwashing. Gate was unlocked, no documentation, debris in my yard. I've used them in the past and their work was exceptional. Did the business change hands? I finally finished cleaning up the yard debris they left this weekend. I left a message and a very kind person called me that weekend and promised to have someone look into it. Well, they said I needed a roof. Okay, that's fine and I appreciate it (I'm having other contractors look and give me their review and estimates) but wouldn't you think a roofing company would have left me documentation to that effect? I may have used them. Instead, I'm wondering why my gutters are dirty, my roof is still filled with moss, there are twigs in my rock and flower bed and my gates are unlocked. Sorry, it's hard to write this because office staff was very nice, but this experience was so disappointing. Please check those who do the work for you.

We used All Surface to clean our roof and gutters four years ago and were quite satisfied. They did the job for $400 and we were happy with the results. I called them for an estimate to do the same work again this year and something has definitely changed. I figured the cost would be higher now since all construction related work is more expensive, but they quoted more than five times the cost of the job four years ago! The estimator said he figured it would be about 40 hours of work, even though a crew of two men did the job in less than a day the first time. The estimator came when scheduled and e-mailed the estimate the next day, but my wife said he was rude and she felt he was trying to BS her.

Estimator was on time and professional. After accepting the estimate, the workers showed up in less than a week and did a very good job

I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed with the professionalism and kindness of All Surface, I felt compelled to share my experience. Too many companies out there are just in it for the money and tend to overlook the customer service side of things. It was nice to be treated as an asset as opposed to a pain in the ***, like a lot of companies out there tend to do. I was in need of a roof cleaning, moss, weather build up, etc... and also had a few places where the gutters looked to be in need of repair. Nothing major, but still needed attention nonetheless. Was referred to All Surface by a neighbor so I gave them a call. Office staff was extremely helpful (I had a lot of questions) and made me feel like a valued customer even before I had hired them to do the job. They were kind, quick and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered, without being made to feel like I was a pain (as with some other, less professional companies). I was given a quote, which I felt was more than reasonable, and although they were scheduled out a little ways, they were able to get to me in a timely manner, and arrived on schedule as promised. No cancellations or delays. The work crew they sent out was very polite, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. No messing around. They were there to work. They got the job done beautifully, and cleaned up after they were done, and but for the brand new looking roof, you never would have known they were there. I will definitely be recommending All Surface to anyone I know who is in need of attention to their roof, siding or decks, driveways, what have you. It's nice to find a company out there who is actually interested in customer service, and makes you feel like a valued part of their existence. There are a lot of companies to choose from for this type of service and I highly recommend you give All Surface a shot. You won't be disappointed!

I have used this company about 5 years ago to clean the moss off my roof. I have a very steep roof so it is not an easy job. I was very pleased with the work then, so didn't hesitate to hire them this time to clean and treat the roof, clean the gutters, power wash my patio and driveway and re-stain my deck. They are wonderful to work with. Prompt, efficient, friendly, and cleaned up well afterwards. I would recommend them.

Washing house and power washing driveway were done well. All Surface does not do windows (which lower priced vendors do). Pressure washing deck caused damage to post caps which had to be replaced after we complained and posts which were not repaired. The deck roof was not cleaned (though other companies quoted for the deck roof, All Surface later said they do not do overhead). Deck staining was not thorough and required multiple return visits to do some minor touch ups - after several returns a worker informed us that All Surface does not stain between the deck boards, only the top surface - We assumed a professional company would have equipment better than mine (my stain brush has a set of longer bristles in the middle to reach between the boards). There were also small things like staining over LED lights in the deck surface and stairs, which required a return service. We decided to pay more and selected All Surface in order to have the cleaning and staining done by the same company, even though they do not do windows (and apparently do not do overhead) so the vendor could not blame another vendor for sub-par work or damage. We will not be using All Surface again at any of my properties.

All went well. Showed up at the date and time expected and work was done completely.

They were good. I have called lot of places and they got me in on the same day. They were really good. Two guys came over. They got there on time. The workers were really nice. I would use them again.

It felt like their primary goal was to do the job as fast as possible and get on to their next job. A few weeks afterward, I discovered that they had not cleaned out the rain gutters and I had to hire a handyman to do them. I don't remember what I paid for the work, but I do remember feeling I was grossly overcharged for the work they completed.

Mostly good. However, we have a gutter than continues to leak, which they looked at twice and said was fine.

Everything went exactly as they said they would do.

I will call them from now on for referrals to good help.. so far all the people who have come have been kind and decent and honest and hardworking. Leaving the place clean afterwards is important to me..Im a senior and not able to do as i used to ..so anything that makes my time easier..is wonderful. \thanks guys..

All Surface team was very professional. Despite having to wait a few weeks for my appointment date, the team did a great job and everything is back in working order.

The work was done well but they did not have the equipment to reach some gutters.

Things went very well. Jobs done when scheduled when weather was acceptable. Rescheduled promptly after bad weather in winter months.

Not bad - they were on time, did good work and solved our problem.

They seemed to do a good job cleaning the roof but I heard the workers talking about not being sure what chemicals they were mixing. I heard them bickering if they were using the right stuff. They also left equipment in my side yard and I to call them up to have them get their equipment but other then that it looks like they did a good job.

OK. Communication was only fair, and they had to come back to fix something they hadn't done right.

We had hired All Surface about a year ago to do moss treatment on the roof. We contracted for the treatment that has an 18month warranty. We had some moss beginning to grow and we were getting ready to sell our home. They came out and took care of the moss at no cost. They stand behind their warranty!

It was not good, it took a really long time to do it.

I hired this company right before this season's record "snowpocalpyse". They obviously couldn't have cleaned our gutters with the roof completely covered with snow and ice. They communicated well and called me periodically to let me know that I was in the queue. They came out and cleaned the gutters after the snowmelt.

Went great. The estimator came out promptly and was very honest in his assessment of the roof, essentially saying that it wouldn't make sense to clean the whole roof -- with its many steep angles and different pitches, it was going to take a lot of time and ladder movement and therefore likely cost over a $1000 -- if we are likely going to need to replace it within a few years, which it appears we will need to do. He then scheduled someone to come out and take care of the gutters at their minimum charge, for an hour of labor, which I think was a little over $100. The work got done as scheduled.
