All Surface Cleaning Company

I purchased this special through Angie's list as a present to my husband, so he would not have to power wash this year. I scheduled the time with All Surface. They showed up on time. A crew of two came, one did the backyard and one did the front year. They moved my patio furniture around. The 1000 square feet covered both my driveway and backyard. They finished in about an hour, amazing. It was so clean. Powerwashing is hard work and it was raining. The technician was polite. My husband came home with a big smile on his face. It'll be hard to get him to pull out the power washing again.

No scope of work to detail reason for high prices of (1) and (2). The prices were very high with respect to other bids. I suspect that this company has a minimum price level to accept projects. Since my home is only single-story 1100 square feet, I will speculate that such a project wasn't worth their time to prepare a scope of work and offer competitive pricing. Summary: Perhaps their level of cleaning and/or high quality materials could justify the pricing, but I would not consider moving forward without a detailed scope of work outlining materials, labor, schedule, etc.

They were prompt to give me an estimate and explain the procedure. They did an assessment of a leak. They were here all day, worked really hard and got the job done.

The job went well from the estimator's visit through completion of the pressure washing. The estimator showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained we'd get a call from the scheduler after he returned to the office. All Surface was not the low bidder, but Angie's reviews and the estimator's professionalism swayed us. We did not get a call, but that may have been because we were not patient enough and called them, wanting to get the work done before Thanksgiving, a couple of weeks out. The scheduler was friendly, but said they were very busy and would be unable to do the job for at least a month. We were disappointed, but cest la vie. We kind of forgot about the job until we got a voice message a month later to call All Surface to schedule the job. We didn't call as it was raining very hard and we figured this was not a good time for pressure washing. Then we got another voice message saying they would "be there tomorrow". We called back with concerns about doing the work in the rain. The scheduler said it would be no problem as they work in the rain all the time. Two workers came out and the lead was very cordial, listened to what we had to say, assured us the job would be done right, and they got to work. The started in mid afternoon and didn't finish that day. They said they'd return the next morning and lo and behold, the next morning it was snowing. But they showed up and got to work on our decks. While it looked odd to see them working in the snow, it was obvious they knew what they were doing, that they were working carefully and conscientiously, and that the deck was getting clean. While it's hard to judge how clean everything is as the walks are still wet, it's clear that everything is much cleaner. We were way overdue for pressure washing and the surfaces were very black. They are now much, much lighter in color and the wood decks look almost new. All in all the work looks excellent.

The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently and effectively to clean the siding. They spend extra time on the really dirty portions to make sure they were cleaned properly. They had the proper equipment, were professional and did a great job.

All Surface came out twice to do the roof cleaning; once to clean up the moss from my roof and the second time to put on the treatment to keep the moss from returning. The first time I was home, and the second time I was not. Each time they did a very good job and cleaned up, leaving no sign that they had been there (except for the information they left at the door).

We bought a deal through Angie's List to have All Surface come out to power wash our house. They were pretty busy from multiple requests due to the coupon so it took a few weeks for them to have an available spot but when they did they showed up that afternoon. It was late in the afternoon before they arrived and I had called the dispatcher to find out when I could expect them. The dispatcher contacted the truck that was coming to our house to find out where they were and got back to me promptly. When they showed up, they knocked to let me know they had arrived and immediately got to work. They were very efficient in washing the house and also washed the deck and front stoop. When they had finished, one of the men pointed out a few spots of discoloration on the house that he had tried to clean multiple times but couldn't get any cleaner. Overall we were very satisfied with the job they did and the house looks much better for it.

We knew our rain gutters needed cleaning, so I contacted several companies on Angies list. I had planned on cleaning them myself, but had knee surgery and couldn't climb the ladder. I would have given this company an "A" rating, but when I actually watched one of the guys just push some of the debris (shingle granules) down the down spouts....NO WAY...all this could do is plug up the drain underground - that could be another major cleaning. I said I'd use them again.... only if I was at home and could watch every step of the cleaning. I had a mid-day appt and had to follow up with the company several times...guys showed up at 3pm and were done in 35 mins. Sent my mother-in-law out to watch (since she speaks spanish), she could converse with the guys to make sure the job was done to our expectations.

As stated above, my house was power washed and the company did a very good job. My only reservation was with the plants around my house. The men moved most of my hanging baskets. However, pots and ground plants by the house were hit by the spray. The spray adversely affected leaves and flowers so that more fragile plants, like impatiens, were pretty pathetic. None of the plants were killed but in the case of the impatiens, it is so late in the season, I pulled them. It would take too long for them to come back. It wasn't a big deal as it is late in the season, but if this had been earlier in the summer, I would have been rather unhappy. I would have appreciated knowing about this possibility and would have covered plants that couldn't be moved and moved all the other ones. I still would use this company again. I called to tell them about my plants and they were very responsive so I appreciate that.

It went well! Roger came out and after we talked about what we needed he asked when, we told him asap. He gave us a quote which was reasonable but he was booked for the week. I didn't know what to do at that point because we really were in a bind and right before Roger left he said call his office and see what they could do. I called and we were able to work things out for the 17th! That Monday the door bell rings and ASC is here. (I'm so sorry but I forgot the young mans name). He introduced himself and wanted to clarify what we wanted done and he got right to work. They were fast because before I knew it they were done. Deck looks beautiful along w/everything else! I would recommend ASC and we will be using them again.

I was impressed to receive email from them within a day of purchasing the deal from Angie's List. They made sure I understood what was covered by the deal, and asked if I was ready to schedule the appointment. I informed them that I was also interested in having an estimator come out to look at whether pressure washing could remove the rest of the paint from our porches. They were happy to accommodate that as well. The estimator got stuck in traffic, and called to ask if I could wait 10 minutes or if we should reschedule. After looking at the porches, the estimator told me that he didn't think pressure washing would remove enough of the paint to make me happy. I am always very glad when someone is that willing to tell me that they aren't the right company for the job! Their scheduler Nichole was great about changing the time of our appointment to work around our daughter's nap. The team for the pressure washing showed up right on time, got straight to work, asked me about an area or two that were too stained to get completely clean, and even gave the porches a quick spray to clean them off a bit. They cleaned up completely and did not damage any part of the house or any plants. Very professional job all around. I'll happily use them again.
