No problems after extensive discussion of scope of work.

Great service from start to finish. Estimator came out, walked through the job and offered several options and budgets. We felt it was a reasonable quote. Weather played a role in the start dates, but we were extremely happy with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the crew. Clearly, they wanted to do a good job. They were great. Roof was a "blower" cleaning, gentle "hands and knees" hand brushing and then moss treatment. Very hard work, best left to a pro. Patio was a straight forward power washing. Deck was a light power washing, then brightening and..once it dried..a full hand brushing staining. All work was done on agreed schedule and done well. Crew arrived on time and got right to work each day. They did a great job both on the projects..and cleanup. We are very pleased and will call them again when the need arises.

They provided an estimate over the phone and arrived within a week to perform the work. Our roof and gutters look great.

I will use them again in the future. There price was middle of the range of the 4 estimates I received but their quality was excellent. The estimator answered all of the questions I had regarding the process and was very helpful. Once I decided to use their services I was able to get my roof done in 2 days. I enjoyed the process.

Jason Faist and his helper arrived on time and were very professional. The work was done in a timely manner and it came out so nice. The two of them moved a picnic table and benches for me, no questions asked. Very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend them.

Everything was easy. We took the Angie's List special $149 offer. Wife contacted All Surface Cleaning, scheduled the appointment and asked them for a quote for the driveway. Their quote was as stated in the offer and we approved that extension. Two guys worked around two hours to clean our surfaces. They cleaned up after their work. Great job.

The work crew arrives (two young men). They ID themselves, and we point out the work to be covered. They attached a hose to our outdoor faucet, and use the air pressure machine attached to their truck. They commence work at once, and Sid (me) checks twice on the progress of the work. Sid had cleaned off the courtyard of benches, flower pots with plants, and had swept up debris in advance of the arrival of the power washing crew. Their job was first class and no complaints of any kind. Sid thanked them in both English and Spanish. They presented no additional bill for any extra costs, nor was it mentioned. They departed.

After I purchased the Big Deal, the company called me and sent me information on their services. When I called to schedule an appointment, they responded immediately. The workmen came to the door to confirm what I wanted pressure washing. That included the driveway, RV parking pad, sidewalk to front door and the street sidewalks. When completed, the workmen came to the door to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction. They were quick, thorough and professional.

Moss had taken over much of our roof and we got bids a year ago then got an updated one in March, 2013. All Surface's bid was in the middle of high end and discount providers and we liked that they provided an option with a three year guarantee AND didn't use pressure washing to clean off the moss. The work was performed as expected and it was amazing that other than the clean roof there wasn't moss on our patios or even in the gardens! Would have liked to see them work to see how they kept everything so clean. A pleasant experience from estimate to completion. 4-2014 - We had some moss that regrew on back shaded section and just like they said they would they came out, recleaned and retreated! No hassle followup.

The All Surface Cleaning employees arrived during the time period we agreed upon. They were very professional from the beginning to end. In addition to doing a great job of pressure washing my cement driveway, pathway to the house, sidewalk in front of the house, and patio in the back, they also moved my planters and patio furniture in order to clean all areas. The rinsed the house off after pressure washing and put all the planters and furniture back. I was very happy with the job and will definately use this company again when I have to pressure wash my cement again.

Our experience was 100% positive. Our house is located directly above I84 and the vinyl siding collects a great deal of diesel residue. All Surface Cleaning was quick to respond, and their very pleasant crew did the best job power washing the siding, even cleaning the concrete porch, we have had. We will definitely use them in the future.

I purchased the $149 Big Deal to have All Surface Cleaning Co. pressure wash 1,000 square feet of driveway and sidewalk. When the two workmen arrived right on time, I asked for an estimate to pressure wash the sidewalk in excess of the 1,000 sq. ft. The additional $79 they quoted seemed reasonable, so I had them proceed. They did an excellent, timely, and thorough job. The driveway and sidewalks had been covered with algae and moss, but looked immaculate when the job was completed. They cleaned up all the moss and debris on the street. However, when the workmen drove away, I discovered that wet moss and debris had been washed under their truck, which was parked in front of my neighbor's house, and I had to clean it up. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend them and use them again.

The work team consisted of two young men who arrived in a company pickup promptly at the projected start time. They reviewed the job scope with me and then quickly got to work. They were very efficient and were quickly completed the powerwashing work. They cleaned up the work area and adjacent areas extremely well after completing the washing. I was impressed by the fact that they collected and removed all the dirt and sludge from the job. They were very pleasant and professional and I would welcome them back for other jobs. I was very happy with their work.

I purchased this service as an Angie's List coupon (or Daily Deal, I forget). Communicating primarily by phone (with confirming emails), we discussed a concern I had (water getting under my vinyl siding), then scheduled the work the next day. Because pressure washing a house isn't weather-dependent, they wanted to schedule it for a day when the weather forecast was iffy. Whether they were prompt or not, I can't be certain; all I know is that it was done when I got home from work, and looked wonderful. All the dark moss/mildew was gone. The people I spoke with in the office were helpful and friendly. Since I didn't meet the people on site, I can't say for sure, but if they weren't at least professional, my neighbors would have told me. I will call them the next time I need something like this done, and will definitely recommend them.

They came to my house & gave me an estimate. They were quite busy, so I had to wait 3 1/2 weeks for them to come & do the work, but they came on the scheduled day, did the work & cleaned up promptly, and did a good job.

They were prompt, easy to schedule, and the house looks fantastic. My only complaint is that the front door handle and lock had a little damage, I don't know if I was supposed to cover it ahead of time?

Everything went great. They arrived as expected. Worked diligently until the job was complete. They cleaned up all debris. The work was high quality. They were easy to work with for scheduling.

Everything went smoothly. They had a lot of availability and worked with my schedule to make sure I was home when they were here.

Sidewalk was pressure washed and looks great.

We called and asked for a bid, and they came out promptly. We used them a few years ago for the same work and the current bid was in line with what we paid before. When we called the next day to get our cleaning scheduled, we were told that they were fully booked and that they would call us with an available date 1-2 days in advance. At that time they did not know how soon they could get to us. 2-3 weeks later, they called and said that they would be out the next day. On the scheduled day, 2 guys showed up on time and went to work right away. Our house has architectural shingles, so they need to do a lot more intricate work (at least that was what they said at the time of the bid). They spent about 4-5 hours brushing the moss off. The next step was to power wash the green slime off of the gutters and apply the moss inhibitor. The power washing they did from the ground, as was the spraying of the moss inhibitor. They used the power washer for both efforts. Given that we have a 2 story house, this means that everything was power washed, windows, walls, overhang, etc. I?m not sure how doing this could have possibly gotten the moss inhibitor applied to all of the roof, especially given that they were never more than 6-8 feet from the side of the house. Because of this, we also ended up was a white milky residue over all of our windows, doors, and walls. This required us to hire window washers to remove the film from the windows. Overall, we were very disappointed in the service that we received. We had not had this experience last time we used them. We will now think twice before calling them again.
