Everything went fine, happy with service, would use again

The service from All Surface Cleaning Company was just fine. I wasn't here, they did it, it was done, it was good, I am totally satisfied and I have used them before and given them great reviews, you know, they are just fine. They are a great company.

I phoned the company and they sent out someone to do a free estimate the next day. The person they sent was right on time, very professional, and explained the options in detail. I called a couple days later to set up service. The crew arrived on the date of service and performed a wonderful job, even doing a spectacular job of cleanup. I found no moss or other roof debris anywere on my property.

They were on time, easy to work with, went above & beyond my expectations. I would totally use them again.

They were great! They were punctual, professional, polite, performing tasks agreed upon in a timely manner.

It did not go well. Roof is not cleaned at the edges. I've called them back twice and still the roof does not look near as nice as my neighbors. The office staff was very pleasant and apologetic but the roof is still not clean.

The service from All Surface Cleaning Company was pretty good.

They were excellent to work with, as we had found in prior years. This time, we needed the work done before several house guests arrived for an extended stay, and they were able to accommodate our schedule. They cleaned up the voluminous amount of debris quite well. They also took detailed pictures of the problems with the roof vents, so that we could see for ourselves that all three vents truly needed replacing. Even though that was obvious, they took the time to explain the problems that could arise if the vents were not replaced before the next rainy season begins. We approved the work, and they came 2 days later. And that part of the project work was done at a very reasonable price, especially considering that this house does not have a simple roof / gutter geometry. As in the past, we found All Surface to be a reliable company to work with. We have used them in the past for cleaning and treating this shake roof; our last treatment was 3 years ago, and they knew that and did not try to push more treatment on us. We will probably treat it again in 2 years. Right now, the roof is nearly 25 years old and is in terrific shape, thanks in part to the fact that we have hired them regularly for maintenance for about the past 10 years.

I called for an estimate and they promptly sent someone out to provide it. My busy schedule at work did not allow me to meet the people who worked on my house, but those I dealt with on the phone were courteous and very helpful. I scheduled the work and came home to a beautiful, clean house. There was no evidence that anyone had been here and worked -- by that I mean that there was no mess left whatsoever. Not a thing out of place and no debris left from the work that had been done. I'm very pleased with the results and my house looks like new. They stayed true to the estimate. While not the cheapest company, I knew by reading other reviews that the quality would be worth the price. I would definitely use this company in the future.

The estimator was very courteous and thoroughly explained what was included and what was not. Gave us a couple of different options. We were very satisfied with the price so gave the go ahead. We were promptly scheduled in a couple of days. The crew showed up and explained what they would be doing and promptly got to work. All work was accomplished in a timely manner and we were completely satisfied . We would not hesitate to recommend All Surface cleaning to any of our friends or neighbors..

They arrived promptly as scheduled and were polite and professional. In addition to cleaning the driveway, walkways, and patio, they offered to also clean the sidewalk at not additional cost. I would highly recommend them.

Do use them. Two of the workers did in 3 hours what it would have taken two of our family all weekend to do and it wouldn't have looked as well. The date of the work is approximate.

The estimator, Eric was on time and efficient. The company was not able to schedule a time or date for the work but did call the day before & see if they could come out the next day. They were not able to say if it would be in the morning or afternoon,- the crew called approximately 15 minutes before they arrived. That was a bit of a downfall in my opinion but the work was done very well. The workers were polite & professional. I will definitely use this company again in the future when I have time to wait for their schedule to open up.

Service was easy and convenient to schedule. Day of appointment service was performed as previously agreed. I was not required to be home during the work. I returned home to discover all had been done extremely well. I plan to use All Surface again in the future and will recommend the company to anyone needing power washing done.

Went fine. The actual cost was lower than the estimate, as no new shingles were needed.

The company washed, brightened and restrained my deck. They did a good job. They arrived late the first day but worked quickly and finished the work in about 2.5 days. We did need to remind them that they agreed to put the furniture and other items back on the deck after the job was completed, but they did do it after we called to remind them. I think the price was a little high but it was in the mid-range of other bids and they were able to get us in during the time I requested. Overall, I would use them again.

The sales staff called right back to set up an estimate. The estimator was prompt and answered all of my questions. He suggested a secondary estimate to include the the whole roof as he pointed out problems I did not see when I originally called. I did not feel pressured. I felt he saw a need and made a suggestion. The two cleaners arrived on time, both were very polite. They went right to work, and finished in a timely manner. They waited for me to inspect the job. They also looked over the condition of the roof, vents, and piping letting me know the condition and any problems they saw (none which was a relief to hear). I am very pleased with the amount of information I was given, the lack of pressure in choosing my services, and the professionalism in all of the employees. I felt the job cost more than others, but I feel that the job was very well worth the money. I have no reservations or regrets at all.

they were supposed to spray the soffets where there were old wasps nests. they left cigarette butts on the driveway. there where drips on the house that should have been cleaned

The most recent work, power washing an extensive amount of concrete and a small deck, went very well. Two individuals utilized two power washing machines and completed the work in less than 3 hours. The thoroughness of the work (which we reviewed prior to start regarding areas we wanted covered) was excellent. They were careful to cleanup any splatter on the house and left things pristine! We were very pleased with the work. We did use an Angie's List coupon to save money with this company as we often do.

They arrived promptly and got right to work. They moved furniture and pots out of harm's way, did all the powerwashing and then moved everything back to its place. They also carefully covered the surrounding areas during powerwashing. When they were finished, I was amazed at how clean they left my property.
