Very well, especially the clean up.

Email requesting estimate was responded to promptly; estimator arrived on time, as did Marcos and Angel who did the work. I spoke with Marcos and he was very courteous and professional. They completed the job, reviewed what they found and did a great job of cleaning up. We were very pleased with the work All Surface Cleaning performed.

Excellent. Have had experience to date with Gregario and Juan, and Leo and Axel. They are real pros and very experienced guys we found. I have also referred two neighbors over the last month to this company, and they are also very pleased with the work. Their pricing is reasonable, and the work is awesome. And I found out they are willing to come back and make it right should we not be pleased with any aspect of their work. In contrast, my next door neighbors hired a different company that set multiple appointments to finish up missed work areas, but in the end they never showed up and refused to come back! Not a smart move from that flaky co, as they won't have any customers soon doing that! This All Surface cares about the customer and takes pride in their work and it shows. Yes I would highly recommend them.

Roof and gutter cleaning went very well.

William and Juan did an excellent job. The moss is off the roof and the gutters are cleaned. They also did a great job of cleaning up.

Our house is tall. The gutters are about 20 feet off the ground. They overflowed and leaked during the last rain. John was able to schedule the work in only a few days. He and Albert did all the gutters (many feet) including about 15 feet on the third floor roof - at least 25 feet up. They cleaned the yard and driveway before they left. Overall, an excellent job.

Everything went very well. I'm very please with the results. Less than one week from requesting estimate to work completion. Easy company to work with.

Excellent! This wasn't my first experience using All Surface for roof & gutter services. They communicate in advance before arriving for service. Their field service crew take time to leave my place without a trace of messiness - outstanding service! All surface did an excellent job cleaning the roof to our rental house. Put an application on and brushed off the moss. We also had the deck refinished. It revitalized our tired looking deck and added value to our home. Would recommend. Crew was professional, timely and meticulous on clean-up!

Straight A's from start to finish! Was referred to All Surface by a neighbor who recently had some work done and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! Something that is usually painfully annoying and stressful was made so easy! From the initial phone call for an estimate and scheduling, to the service, I was treated like someone whose business was actually valued, and not just expected. Pricing was fair and I didn't have to wait forever to actually get the work done. We had our gutters cleaned and some spot repairs done, in addition to an overall basic roof cleaning. The crew was friendly, but professional and they got the job done in no time. Our roof looks great! I would definitely recommend them without hesitation. These guys know their stuff!

Very well. Alberto & Rigo arrived a day after I scheduled the work to be done. They blew & scraped moss off my roof tiles, blew out the gutters & cleaned my skylights. While Alberto applied the Tile Guard treatment, Rigo sprayed the windows, siding and deck to remove any treatment from them. They power washed the patio, cleaning off debris & spray cleaning the siding as they went along. All the blown moss was cleaned up. The roof and patio look great! They worked hard and did a great job! Alberto also alerted me that a number of tiles were broken or cracked and needed replacement, which I have also scheduled with them. My only disappointment was that there was still moss that had grown on Gutterflow barrier in the gutters since the last cleaning that could not be blown off. I have scheduled the Gutterflow to be removed, cleaned & re-installed.

Alberto and Pedro pulled the Gutterflow barrier to remove the moss which had grown on it. They blew and cleaned the gutters & reinstalled the Gutterflow material. Broken roof tiles were replaced and all debris was cleaned up. They were very efficient & professional. There was a lack of communication that I had replacement tiles which I informed the estimator & had told the scheduler I needed to be informed when workers were coming a day ahead so I could give them access to the tiles. Alberto thought he had to pick up replacement tiles. The cost to replace the broken tiles was $15 each, which was reasonable, but I feel the charge to clean the Gutterflow, removing & replacing it, and cleaning the gutters was too high ($575). All the work was completed in 3 hours.

The estimator was friendly. Gutter cleaning went wonderfully. The deck did not go well. The first crew worked hard then the crew for staining could not stain as the stripping was not done right. Kudos to them for stopping and letting me know. Then they came back to strip again. i'm only out an extra weekend. Staining crew comes out, apparently satisfied with the job this time, they stain the deck. I gave the payment to the crew as I did the last time. I get a call later asking if I will be paying. I told her it was with the crew. She was confused and apologized. Bank confirmed they got the check. After a couple days its clear it didn't go well. The worst is nails poking randomly across the deck making it unsafe. I contacted them and send pictures July 30. I attached some of those to the review. They tell me a service manager will come out Monday the 5th. No show. He calls me the next day, surprised they told me Monday since he was off that day. Seemed nice, I told him the background, he assured me he would come take a look. Never heard back all week. Maybe they are having a bad couple of weeks....Now that we have had some days of rain, more problem areas have popped up. will call another company on Monday to get a second opinion and update this review with the conclusion. Don't make the same mistake I did. Hold off paying until you can see how the staining comes in.

The apparent inconsistency of our ratings reflects a difference between the actual work done (excellent) and some initial difficulties regarding office communications and scheduling, though we seem to have sorted this out in the end. The crew, Pedro and Juan, were excellent in all respects: very hard workers, skilled and effective. The roof is looking its best since it was new. The men also finished by clearing up the surrounding site beautifully.

Cleaning and repairs were done as expected and I have nothing to complain about.

I hired All Surface for gutter cleaning which they did on Friday. I was very impressed with the results and I highly recommend them. Although I considered two other companies, All Surface was an easy choice based on their responsiveness and pride in the clean-up part of the job. This last part was important for me, after a bad experience with another company last year left spattering on the sides of our house, needed pressure-washing to fix. Ashley replied to my request for estimate, and was patient with my questions, arranging for Dan to come to my house and provide an estimate. Dan's estimate was clearly and professionally written, included prices for other services I might consider. From start to finish I've been very pleased. The quality of the work and the communication with the company have been first class and it has worked out even better than I'd hoped. Byron and George did the cleaning, they were careful to warn me that there would be spattering on the siding and it'd need to be rinsed off. I asked George for advice for future care and he was very helpful. All Surface includes roof clearing with their gutter cleaning service, and this was important for me, we have trees overhanging and had plenty of needle build-up on the roof, with one valley pretty full. Now the roof and gutters look immaculate. Better still, Byron and George went above and beyond with their clean-up, leaving my driveway spotless and leaving my yard much clearer than before. Needless to say, they left no signs of any spattering on the siding. I've been looking for a reliable company to care for my roof and I'm looking forward to hiring All Surface in the future. Bravo!

Professional. Completed everything much faster than expected. Did a great job.

George and Axel came early morning and found ice in gutters and on roof. Returned mid-day and completed the work cleaning the gutters which were replaced two years ago. George showed me photos of cracks on two base supports of vents and of the caulking that he applied to seal these. He provided a description of the status of the roof shingles, and four specific recommendations to consider when we're ready to replace. This is the second time we've had them out for the cleaning service.

Pedro and Angel arrived on time, worked through the day, and cleaned up before they left. It was a hot day, but they were very pleasant and worked hard. They did a beautiful job!

Very satisfied with the work performed. The crew of Cisco, Levi and Jose was great. They arrived promptly, kept us informed of what was going on, were very efficient and did a great job. The entire area was left clean of debris that came off the roof. Highly recommended.

Pedro and Greg arrived in the morning ready to work. And work they did - for over five hours straight. They put on their harnesses and set safety ropes from the roof ridge for our steep roof. Then they hand brushed all of the moss off of the shingles followed by using a blower to clear the loosened moss debris off of the roof. None of this is easy bending over on a steep roof. Then they did a thorough clean-up of gutters and yard. Then they went back up and applied the 3-year CompGuard treatment to the entire roof followed by rinsing any over spray from windows and exterior of house. Along the way they nailed back a couple of gutters that were pulling away from roof edge. I asked for a special favor to clean the outside of the unreachable(for me) dormer gutters on which Pedro did an outstanding job. This was icing on the cake and made me extra satisfied with the job. I debated for a few weeks over what I thought was too a high price but I am more than satisfied with the outcome with these fine workers.

I contracted with All Surface to clean and stain my two soft wood decks. I have high expectations for All Surface as they always did such a good job on my hardwood deck at my former home. Today, Aberto and his crew of professional cleaners arrived on time. They were very courteous and professional and went the extra mile to make make my dirty/worn decks beautiful again. At my request, they also cleaned my hardwood table and chairs, even though I was their last customer and presumably they'd already had a long day (Note: I arranged with the office to pay an additional very reasonable fee). My front porch is a laid wood deck of very tight old cedar boards and the steps are younger Douglas fir. All of it was stained and a dirty gray. The back deck is an older generic cedar deck with really ugly stockade style pickets which we removed. The deck had been stained a very dark brown (to match house's very dark shingles) and the finish had aged to an unattractive combo of splotchy dark and faded. Frankly, I wasn't sure how well it would clean up. Well, I am so pleased! Alberto and company were pretty successful at banishing most of the splotches and returned the deck to it's original lovely cedar hue. Alberto and team did a fantastic job! Erik the estimator and the office staff were consistently informative, friendly and very helpful. Both decks already look 100% better! The formerly ugly back deck will be a pretty sweet spot now with new rails and the final finish! Can't wait!
