Roger Paul responded quickly for a request to have our home area powered washed to remove moss on our property. We have a large deck that is high above ground and a large patio that was covered with moss. The 2 man crew arrived on time and spent the entire day working in the cold, wet weather. They left our property immaculate-Even the street was clean! In fact, after we paid we heard them washing one last window. Guess it didn't meet their strict criteria when they did their final walkthrough.

Went great. Asked for a date within a week - and they were able to provide. Definitely will use again.

The company pressured washed the outside of my home which is vinyl siding. The did a fine job but left bits of dirt and debris from the washing on the windows.

We had a messy job for them. Our roof is concrete tile with a 10/12 pitch and coveres 3000+ sq ft. The roof had not been cleaned for over five years and had a tremendous moss build up. There were three people working on the roof. Two pressure washing and one helping secure the safety line to the chimney. This job was done over multiple days and each day before they left, all of the debris from the roof was cleaned from the patio and concrete driveway. When the weather cleared, they returned and applied a moss retardant. We were very pleased with the results.

We have been using their services for a couple of years. They have sent different crew members on each job and they have all been pretty great. They are good at cleaning up after the job is complete as well.

I'm happy with All Surfaces. They were professional and provided good customer service from the first phone call to the work getting done. Our roof had very bad moss growth and our front and back surfaces and driveway and sidewalks were all badly in need of cleaning - everything was cleaned up nicely. Gutters also cleaned. Price was pretty much in line with other quotes we received. We went with them due to many positive reviews. I would have preferred to pay with credit card but they only take checks... no big deal really but thought I'd mention it. They had a 3 week wait, also no big deal for us. All around good service and I'd recommend them.

I contacted All Surface about a roof treatment and inspection. My eyesight is poor but two people had told me there were some loose shingles on the roof. The person I spoke with told me that they had done the roof treatment two years ago and it wasn't needed again now. I appreciated that, as I had forgotten it was done. (I have some rental properties and if I don't look up what was done where and when, it's hard to remember.) The person said they could do a roof cleaning and gutter cleaning and look for damages. I said I didn't need gutter cleaning because I'd be getting the window washers after the roof work, and they clean gutters; but the person said the gutter cleaning was a part of this job. When the drew came, they did the work and left a bill for $171, specifying the airblow of debris and gutter cleaning but no mention of inspection and repair. I protested via email and got an email back, saying that there was one loose shingle and they replaced it, but didn't charge me extra for it and therefore didn't include it on the description of work done. They reduced my bill byi $50 in the way of apology for my being upset, and sent a corrected bill for $121. I consider this a more than fair resolution and an explanation of the work. I checked with the company that does my window washing (Jon's Window and Gutter Cleaning), and Jon said the $171 was a very low price for gutter cleaning, IF they did a thorough job including downspouts. He is coming early in December and will report to me on gutter conditions; but even if the job wasn't thorough, the price was far below what Jon would charge. (I have a big house and high steep roof, and his most recent charge for windows and gutters was $485, about half of which would have been the guttter cleaning.)

Even though our roof is only 3 years old, we were already getting moss and algae forming in the shady areas. I got three bids, and compared the efficacy of the treatment options. This company's bid was the highest, but also the only one with a written no-moss guarantee for 3 years. The estimator provided a detailed estimate. In comparing the other bids, I called the estimator back a couple of times, and he was able to provide good answers to my questions. The work was performed in two stages, since the first stage involved hosing down the roof and skylights. The second phase was performed 3 days later, and consisted of applying a moss-retardant in the form of a spray-on liquid. My primary complaint is with the communication with the front office. When I called after the first stage to say that there were some places they missed, the operator called the crew. I assumed someone from the crew would call me back. Instead the office person called me back to report that the crew said they had NOT missed anything. Not a good way to handle that. Who's right? The customer. To their credit, they did address my concerns on the return visit, but the way that communication was handled was not conducive to customer loyalty. I had much better luck talking with the original estimator. All in all, it seems like a reasonable value for the money.

They damaged a couple screens during the work. We came to a satisfactory settlement regarding that. They offered to repair them, but in the time frame I wanted it done, it ended up being cheaper for me to replace them myself. They then reimbursed me for the screens.

The service was absolutely excellent. They spent time with me explaining exactly what they were going to do and the estimated cost, and then they did everything in a timely and totally satisfactory manner. The men who did the work were extremely nice and spent as long as it took to get the job done well. Overall, this was a great experience.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a very good job. It was for so many square feet and I did not exceed that amount. They were punctual and I was impressed with their work.

One of the best service experiences I have encountered. They were on time, friendly, professional and stellar communicators. They went about their work efficiently and even cut up the shipping tubes for easy recycling. The installation looks excellent and they took the time to instruct me fully on its use and operation. Top work by a superb pair, George and Tracy. I even threw in a tip.

The work was done by a crew of two over an entire day, and it was dark by the time they finished. The roof was very clean, and guaranteed to be moss free for a year. It was expensive for roof cleaning, but since they were a recommended provider, I opted to go with them anyway. The base work was done very well, however there was one issue that surfaced later; a couple of my gutter downspouts were clogged and it seemed that this wasn't checked out by the crew before they left. I cleaned them out after the first big rain exposed the problem. Also, the next year, moss re-appeared in a couple of spots and All Surface came out and took care of that without question. It's nice to know that they stand behind their guarantee. I suspect if I had called regarding the downspout they would have taken care of that too.

The quote was $450 for the upper and lower decks, and additional $50 for the front porch. The price may not be the cheapest (I didn't do any comparison), but they were pleasure to deal with. Most of the communication happened over email except for the initial communication. They had to accommodate the stain work on some other day when the tenant couldn't agree to their initial schedule. Their commitment to the job is excellent.

I contacted 5 roofing companies - All surface was the first company to get back to me. The next day they sent a company rep. and he gave me a quote of $165 per bundled (5 bundles - 1 square). The following Monday they sent a crew and got the job done in short order.

The office staff are friendly and efficient. They scheduled Adam, an estimator for the company, to come out and talk to me about everything I wanted done. He was on time and very professional. The crews came when they were scheduled. I did not need to be home but just give them access to the outside water. They cleaned up after every job with no sign that they had been there other than the beautiful deck and clean roof, gutters, and house they left behind. After the jobs were complete I had a couple concerns and they came right out and took care of my concerns. They were very responsive to my requests even after the bills had been paid and the work was complete. They stand behind their word and their quality work. It is very obvious that they want their customers to be totally satisfied.

All Surface has an office staff and they were very polite and helpful when I called to set up an appointment to do the work. However, although I was told the week they could do my job, they don't schedule specific days and times in advance; but call the day before they plan to come. As a result I provided the days and times that would NOT work for me and they had no problem accommodating. The day before they planned to do the work, I was called to confirm and told an arrival time. The next morning two men showed up on schedule and did a fantastic job. I have a corner lot with sidewalks from one end to the other, a two car driveway, a walkway to the front entrance and a patio courtyard. The attention to detail was awesome. These guys know their stuff about power washing. (I've had it done by two other services in the past and this far outshined the others.) Total protection of my plants and foliage around and not a bit of cement left untouched. The lead man came to the door when he was done and we walked around as he explained what and how he had completed the task. Most people can use a powerwasher, but this guy actually took pride in how he went about his work. I heartily recommend All Surface for this work and plan to use them again next year.

The pressure washing was right on scheduled. Very well cleaned , and did not go too deep. Seven hundred and twenty one dollars applied at this time. In two days the porch was dry, Two people sanded all the rough edges and places on all over the porch. They than put down a stain on all the wood. Clean up could have been a little better. Cleaned out their equipment on my brown grass that turned it yellow in color, but that will go away when it ever rains. Overall the job was don very well. I would recommend them to any other family looking to have their deck of porch done. The balance of the 994.00 was paid at this time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any other families that need this work done. They also cleaned my roof in the past and it looked great.. Thanks a lot Thomas J. Hanlon
