They performed the 3-step process over two visits. They were prompt, professional and thorough. We are extremely pleased with the results and the greater than two year guarantee that comes with it.

All Surface sent a crew of 3 to tackle the roof of our very tall house. I thought moss removal would involve power sprayers, but no - they do it by hand tools in order to best preserve the integrity of architectural asphalt shingles. Good to know. The crew, Greg, Honorato & Jorge were fearless goats at that height! Knowing they use safety harness equipment & secured themselves to roof while working certainly helped alleviate my anxiety. After scraping moss for a few hours, they then spray applied a long lasting moss prevention treatment. Normally we can see very little of our tall house roof, due to the height. The one northern side with best view had the most moss. When the job was done, there was not a remaining speck of green visible, even with binoculars. The crew were friendly, polite and amazingly efficient. They even cleaned out the gutters with leaf blowers - and scooped out the downspout corner. Leaf-blowered the driveway next to house too. We noticed one of them with a rake tidying the grass (not that it would have bothered us to find moss on the grass, since the mower would pick that up), but the crew still left everything very clean. Recently a chimney sweep was up top, and used our camera to obtain photos for us. We got to see closeups of the excellent work All Surface's crew did over our roof - NO moss anywhere - it just looks sparkling clean....like new. We had a very good experience with this company! :)

Good service but cost was a little high.

They sound out a 3-person team that were here for a little over and hour. They did a thorough job and pointed out some issues that needed my attention (plumber) but I have to say they made sure our needs and expectations were met. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone needed this service.

This company was very responsive and punctual. Crew was professional and polite. Spent about 3 hours hand brushing and hosing the moss off of my shingled roof. Did a good job of cleaning concrete and made sure everything was rinsed and orderly when they left.

Very professional, thoughtful, careful service. The workers were exactly on time, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I'm completely satisfied with the service, and at almost $100 less than I paid the last time this was done by another firm. I'll definitely use them again.

Amy was my point of contact and she was tremendously professional, very polite and easy to work with. Even when some difficult owners interferred with the work Amy worked with us and her crew worked with the owner and they were able to complete the work on schedule. Gutter cleaning is really important in the NW and so far we are very happy with All Surface Cleaning!

We have used this same company once a year for spring 'cleanup' for the past several years. As usual, two individuals from the company arrived on time with professional, heavy-duty power washers and cleaned the following areas in a little over 2 hours: concrete triple driveway at the front of the house, front porch and sidewalks in front of house, concrete sidewalks on both sides and across the back of the house, concrete patio at back of house, and composite deck area. Afterward, both men cleaned up dirt which had splattered onto the house, plants in flower beds, and garden pots. After the project had dried, we did not find any areas which had been missed. Before they arrived, we did cover and protect plants which were growing close to and spilling over onto the sidewalks, and afterward, very little damage was observed.

They addressed all of our concerns that we had about the service. Were very professional, on time and would recommend them.

This was my first time using this company and it will not be my last. From the beginning until the project was finished this was a positive experience. The job completed looks great.

The crew of two showed up on time. One worked from the faucet in the back of the house while the other was in front. They power washed my whole driveway, patio, front porch and retaining wall. It took about 1 1/2 hours. They did a very nice job. The only negative comment I have is that one of the workers had to stop and smoke a couple cigarettes during this time. Not very appealing to look at.

performed a great job on initial cleaning, moss came right back after they had cleaned and treated. came with a 3yr warranty, had them come back out and they re-cleaned the moss. they followed up with a call after a fairly poor review I had given them on angies list, and have been awesome in following up with warranty work and going above and beyond my expectations.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine.

The roof of my two-story house, with some north-facing sheltered areas, had a significant build-up of moss (last treated in 2005 or 2006). Having previous experience with All Surface, I knew the work would be done well. I was hoping it would cost in the $350-400 range, but considering the pitch and height of the roof, plus the quality of the job they did, I definitely got my money's worth. The job was originally scheduled for the day before it was actually done, but I received a phone call before 8:00am letting me know they need to reschedule because they had one person out sick. They are professional, friendly and all-around easy to work with.

I bought the coupon thru Angie's list that was good for power washing a home, single level or two story, for up to 2000 square feet. I was immediately contacted by All Surface Cleaning and scheduled the cleaning within days. The day the service was scheduled they called me to let me know they were on their way. The arrived promptly and ready to work. There were two workers, one cleaning the house, the other moving equipment around as needed. I was so impressed with how clean my house was when they finished. I was concerned that my house had not been cleaned for a long time and that residual material would still be left, but this was not the case. Also, no paint was blown off the trim or other painted areas. In all, I was so happy and would highly recommend this company to anyone who wanted a high quality power washing of their home.

Prompt response to my request for a quote - their office called to schedule the appointment at around the time predicted - crew showed up on time - service was courteous and professional. I will probably use them again in 2 years or so.

Crew arrived on time around 9:30 am and worked until around 4:00 pm. I have had other roof cleaners in the past but this is the first time that the cutters were cleaned. We have a Gutter Guard over the gutters and they removed those so that they could clean the gutters. Everything was put back together and the area around the house cleaned up before they left. Roof looks great and we are very happy with the work done.

Overall it went pretty well. They came out promptly and gave me an estimate. They were in the middle of the three estimates I got and I selected them because I thought they would do a good job removing the moss growing on my roof. The crew showed up on time for their appointment. They hand scraped the moss from my roof and used a blower to clean the roof. A bit of debris came into our house thru the skylights but I think that is difficult to avoid. After cleaning my roof and gutters they applied a moss retardant to the roof. They cleaned up fairly well. When they left, their truck went off my driveway and left a mark on my lawn. But other than that, I thought they did a good job.

Purchased a deal for $149.00 for power washing a few months ago and made the appointment for this month. They were originally scheduled to come last week, but I was out of town and requested a one week delay. They were very accommodating. The office called me last night to remind me they were coming today and to give me the approximate time they would be here. They called this morning and said they would be arriving in 15 minutes. They showed up, measured the job out and since I paid for 1,000 square ft, they said the deal would cover it. They did the job and it came out nice. The men were courteous and respectful of my property. I am very satisfied!

Prompt, friendly, quality service. An estimator came out to describe the different cleaning options and we had a crew out a few days later to clean our upper roof. They did a great job, we would definitely use them again.
