All Surface Cleaning Company

The office called me the day before they were coming out and informed me I did not have to be here. They always cleaned up when they were finished. I was very pleased with them and would hire them again.

Once I signed the agreement and scheduled the appointments it went downhill Quickly. Dispatcher was quite professional but crew that showed up had not been properly briefed by estimator. There was a lot of debris that came off as they worked and they began blowing a lot of it into my pool and surrounding beds. I escalated to supervisor and they adjusted but the damage had been done. Turns out they had also completely clogged my gutters that had protective covers on them. Downspouts totally clogged. Had to pay landscaper $250 to clean them all out. At that point my confidence in them was pretty shaken. They applied their patented formula to prevent moss growth but I was pretty skeptical that I had been sold a bill of goods. So I proposed holding $300 retainage until I was certain that the treatment worked. I was concerned that I would be back in the market for services in the next year based on my experience up to that point. So I paid $2700 and held $300 back with the owner's agreement. As I suspected, the treatment didn't work and by the following spring began to see significant evidence of mold growth. Asked them to come back out and they did, to their credit. Problem was I had lost all faith in them as a company. I refused to pay the balance until they could prove that the scope they originally proposed was met. Instead of retreating the roof with the same treatment, the owner decided to arbitrarily treat the roof with bleach. I had purposely disqualified bleach from all bids submitted because I have copper trim, gutters and downspouts. When I got home I smelled the bleach. Plants had been damaged. When I checked with the owner he assured me that bleach will not damage copper. I went online and researched it and found just the opposite. So, at the end of the day, I thought I had retained a professional group to protect my home and got a group that was more interested in moving on to the next project.

The estimator showed up when he said he would gave us an idea of when they could start. My only complaint is that they said they would call a couple of days in advance and they called the night before. Having said that they crewed worked their tail feathers off to get it done in one day. They did great work the roof was tile and after they cleaned it they repaired the broken ones. They cleaned up all of the mess and took it with them. I would definately use them again.

They left the area clean. They are friendly. They cleaned gutters on six garages and six buildings that took about four hours. I would recommend them to family and friends.

They installed in a wrong downspout location without notifying us. We are not happy with it and it is now has overflow problem. They are not coming to fix it.

The work went well but for some reason they failed to honor the ticket.

I ordered service to clean our roof. They promptly instructed me that what I ordered was not proper for the type of roof we have -- more geared for shake shingles. They suggested another service they provide that is more appropriate for us and I ordered that instead. Very polite and helpful.

They were referred to us. It's an okay service. They were good. There's nothing out of the ordinary. They did a good job on the clean-up. They re-stained our deck but I wasn't very excited about that process. I didn't like how it turned out and I didn't like how they kind of said, "Just go somewhere and find a color to pick." They didn't really come to show you their product, to show you what they can make it look like. I was feeling very lost in that department. Our realtor told us that she knew of that company. That was my only complaint but they're still back to clean our gutters, I'm just not gonna have them do our deck. The quality was pretty decent. They got it all cleaned out. They did what they did with the decks but I just didn't like the process of it.

They were prompt and very polite! They did an excellent job and were happy to answer any and all questions. It was almost zero effort on our part and our deck looks fantastic!

Jason and another man from All Surface came out to clean and treat our composite roof as well as dislodge a clogged downspout. They arrived a half hour earlier than our scheduled two hour window. They did the work in, I think, record time . They were very professional and friendly. I was very impressed with my appointment with All Surface ! I will definitely be using them in the near future for other jobs. I highly recommend this company.

Everything went great. This was a wonderful company to deal with.

They were professional and on time. We just bought the house and I don't think the gutters had been cleaned in years. There was junk spraying all over and I thought we were going to have to sweep that up afterwards. They totally cleaned up afterwards. I was totally impressed with how fast they cleaned the gutters and they left our back yard looking very nice. I got an quote from another company for $400. The fact they cleaned up the ground surface afterwards was appreciated. We will definitely use them again.

They did good job! They were here for about 4 hours.

They called and set up an appointment, gave me a quote, i accepted and set up a date for the work, they called to remind me on Friday they were coming the following Monday, which they did, on time and got everything done.

Fantastic. Quick and easy scheduling, they came out and took care of everything. The roof, house, & yard looked pristine after they were done. I used them back in Nov 2008 and they still do a great job. The work crew used safety harnesses and ropes, so it seems like worker safety is important to the company.

All surface worked for several hours brushing off the moss on the roof. Then they flushed out the gutters and downspouts and applied a spray treatment to the roof. Once complete they cleaned up around the house. I was not able to be home during the process, but arrived just as they were leaving. The foreman stopped and took the time to explain to me each of the steps of the process they had completed and answered all of my questions. This was a newly purchased home and I am not familiar with what this sort of service costs. The price seemed kind of high to me, but I was pleased with the outcome and I appreciated the way the foreman walked me through what had been done. The gentleman who did the original estimate said the cost was higher because there was a great deal of moss to remove and he thought it would be less for subsequent service in the future. Overall I was pleased with the service and I would work with them again.

Very professional and efficient. Only complaint was the power sprayer had lost it's muffler so was very loud for the neighbors. But the job they did was outstanding.

They are excellent. They do what they say they are going to do, and they are very courteous and professional. This is the second time I have used them, and they are coming in a week or two to do my roof. All Surface Cleaning Company is very reliable and I recommend them to many.

All Service Cleaning Company did an outstanding job! They responded to my phone calls promptly and scheduled me in the Que right away. Unfortunately, I could not be present when they did the job. They did the job thoroughly without me! I will definitely use their service again in the future and highly recommend their service to others.

I bought the coupon and they called promptly and set up the appointment. The workers came and did a good job and cleaned up well.

I asked for estimates of several vendors. All-Surface was not the cheapest but was competitive and we have used them before. I was satisfied before so I chose them again. Arranging the cleaning dates was quick and convenient. Tom, the owner, contacted me several times both before and after the work was done . I appreciated the personal contact. The work performed was done quickly and well.

Jason and Phong showed up on time, walked the property with me, and we discussed any particulars. They a great job and the patio, walks and driveway looked wonderful when they were finished.

I called for an estimate and they were able to set up a 2-hour window at the time requested. The estimator called before arriving and got there with minutes to spare, but it was within the window. He looked at my deck and pointed out a couple of areas where the stain would need to be stripped. He provided a written quote on the spot of $1,495. I thought that was very high for a 200 sq ft deck, so it looks like I'll be DIY'ing it again this year.

These young men arrived on time and worked quickly. They did a great job cleaning our surfaces. We have aggregate concrete and a few small stones were blasted loose, but this has happened every time we pressure wash, so we do not fault the workers. They did an excellent of of cleaning up and left the place looking great.

It was fine. The driveway looked nice. They came when they said they would. They did what they said they would do. It was easy to schedule. Someone came out ahead of time to look around and gave a price to the gutters. I had to clean the mud out of the street after they left.
