All Surface Cleaning Company

All Surface ran a Angie's Special; 1000 ft. of power washing for $199. I contacted them on April 28 and gave them my availability dates of May 11th, May 12th, and May 15th and asked to be the first call of the day. Maggie contacted me the day before and confirmed my appointment for Tuesday the 12th. She said they would be out around 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. and they were. Phong was very respectful, polite and helpful as there was a large 60" table on my patio I couldn't move myself so he and his co-worker moved it for me. My cement was really dark in some places and lighter in others and the patio had heavy moss patches on the outside area. He told me they would wash first and then rinse so dirt and dust would not adhere to the cement as quickly. He also explained how they would clean the bricks being mindful of my plants and the mortar between the bricks. They also did the walkway to my front door. They hooked up two power washers (PSI about 3800) and Phong started in the front and his co-worker worked the back. The job took approximately an hour. The pictures below were taken a few minutes after the job was completed. I'm so sorry I didn't take "before" pics so you could see the difference as it is considerable. Not only did they clean the cement and brick, but also made sure they sprayed down the walls and windows of my home to remove any debris that splattered against them. My plants are in excellent shape and I am very satisfied. I will use them again and I will be sure to ask for Phong as he was a great person to work with.

Bought the Angie's List deal for 1000 sq ft of pressure washing; almost the exact sq footage of dirty, mossy sidewalk on my corner lot. Luis and Anthony came out and did a wonderful job. Hard to believe it's the same 34 year old sidewalk. One side had large mossy patches built up, weeds growing in the cracks, and black stains from years of oak leaves. This left quite a mess in the street, but the guys didn't stop there. The curb and gutter are also clean and the debris is gone. I also had them do a small patio which added a bit to the price (and I expected). Fast, efficient, Great Job!

Representatives were friendly and responsive. I had a few questions that were thoroughly answered. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the crew cleaned up afterwards. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the work this company did.

The guys who came were very nice. We had more surface area done then the coupon we allowed so we paid extra to cover the difference. They did a great job!

I bought the "Big Deal" and they were great! Easy scheduling, thorough, and professional.

They did a good job and I would have given them an A except for the folowing. They asked my wife what areas needed to be done and she said driveway and patio. The two combined are much less than 1, 000 square feet. There is also a concrete area on the side of the house, probably 150 square feet that had a fair amount of moss. They walked through the area. I had assumed they would do it but my wife was not specific. An A level vendor would have asked specifically when they saw it, especially since it would still have been less than 1, 000 square feet. We had a handyman coming in the next day and he did the work for us. Same quality, lower cost. So, in summary, they did a very nice job and I knew the price going in, but I felt they were not perfect in terms of customer service. I should also mention that I did not contact them to complain. We were getting the house ready to list and since the handyman said he would do it, I let it go. And to be fair they did do what my wife asked.

The handwritten thank you note was a very nice touch, but the excellent work will bring us back.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and they came when they said they would. My property is unusual (the roof is unusually high and you have to go through my building to get on the roof), but they did not let that get in their way. They were clean and worked quickly. All employees I encountered were respectful and helpful.

I was very pleased with the services I received from All Surface Cleaning Company. First, I appreciated the communication regarding my projects. All my calls were returned in a timely manner and every contact was pleasant and professional. I felt like a valued customer, and I always knew the status of my project. Secondly, I appreciated the manner in which my work was performed. My interactions with those that completed the work were informative and professional. Also, I had most of this work completed while I was at work. Upon returning home, I could never tell that work had been done - everything was cleaned up and put back to better than it was before the work was done. Finally, I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work done. My roof looks great! The shingles have been replaced and match the original color. All the moss is gone. The gutters look great, and they aren't leaking.

They were awesome. No one needed to be there and after they've been cleaned there’s been no issue with water. They let us know when they were coming.

Extremely pleased with overall service, from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, to the estimate (detailed proposal/contract), to the actual roof cleaning and moss treatment, and finally, to the followup from the company. All Surface did a great job. Appreciated the thorough clean-up of the fallen debris too.

This is the second time I've hired this business to clean my roof and gutters (after a couple of huge windstorms!) and THIS time, I needed to reschedule at the last minute because my spouse work's nights and really needed the morning to sleep. When I called them to ask if they could change the time and date, they kindly changed their route in order to come in the afternoon on the same day, instead of having me wait for another day. They were also flexible with my form of payment and allowed me to pay electornically instead of leaving payment for them by check!

I've used them many times and they do a very good job. They're great because their knowledge base is very good so I would use them.

They did a good job with the moss and roof treatment. They were very professional. While they did a good job with the pressure washing, the sealant wasn't quite what I thought it would be. I felt the sealant would have been thicker.

There were no issues with scheduling. While their prices were expensive, the work was mostly good and they got rid of the roof moss and the moss on the brick surfaces. They worked hard and cleaned up everything very nicely.

They provided an estimate for cleaning the roof. The scope of the work they wanted to do was way outside of the Deal I purchased. They were professional and on-time.

My experience was great. They quickly gave me an estimate on my house (within a few days). And they were able to get a crew out to clean and treat our roof within 10 days. High quality work, with care to protect our composite shingles. The cleaning was all very well done, as they left our house in much cleaner condition than when they arrived! (Pleasant surprise). I hope that the roof treatment stands up to the 3 year guarantee that was promised. I will keep an eye on that. But they also used "green" techniques to minimize moss, which I appreciate. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them.
