Description of Work: I received an estimate from All Surface for gutter and valley cleaning for my concrete tile roof. It was obvious that the estimator did not understand tile roofs and quoted me $20/linear foot for cleaning the roof valleys. He suggested that I not clean the valleys, which would be a huge mistake on my part. I explained how the tiles were installed and that it is imperative they are clean so water does not spread under the tiles. I'm sure they're a good company. They just do not have experience with tile roofs... I wish I had no experience with tile roofs also.

Description of Work: Very responsive and professional. Had to wait several weeks for service because they were all booked up ( and I waited too long into rainy season to book) Would use again Gutters cleaned and downspot filters installed

Description of Work: They powerwashed the outside of my ranch level home, with 3 different level roof peaks. They made the appt. within a few weeks of my purchasing the Angie deal; then they called the day before the appt., and clarified what needed to be done, i.e. outside water on, windows closed, etc. My house looks good now. I had mildew on my upper roof peaks that I couldn't reach.

Description of Work: I had the company come out and clean the moss off the roof and clean the gutters and downspouts. I needed a chimney flashing replaced instead of just re-nailed so they had to come back to do that after they ordered the part and a bundle of shingles. They replaced a few missing shingles we did not know about so that we great too!

Description of Work: While we did not choose All Surface in the end, we appreciated the profession estimate and the time spent with us to answer our questions. We especially appreciated the education Mr. Adam gave to us regarding the dangers of power washing cedar shake roofs. We would certainly recommend All Surface above most other companies who clean roofs.

Description of Work: Estimator came within a day of the phone call...he was very courteous and professional and gave a well documented estimate....i called to schedule cleaning on a friday...cleaning was booked up for a week out...they said they would do it next week. They would call the day before they would come out. I recieved a call the next Wed. and they cleaned on Thurs. Gutters were cleaned and they removed all debris from property.

Description of Work: I requested an estimate on having our gutters cleaned and repaired if necessary. Adam came out the next day after calling first to let me know he was on his way. I really appreciated that. He was very professional and thorough. He suggested adding a sponge product to our gutters to keep them flowing properly. Since we plan on moving within 1-2 years, we did not want to spend that much money. We did go with another company because it was less expensive.
