He detrmined that we did not have a major infestation, so he was done in about 40 minutes. He gave me his card and cell # should we have any additional sightings. All Pest Control Company was very professional and nice to work with. As part of the $99 Angie's list special, they inspected our house and pointed out where the mice were likely getting into our crawlspace and then installed one trap in the crawlspace and one behind the house. Since they were installed (over one year ago) we have not seen a single mouse inside the house (after getting several per month during the winter months). Results speak for themselves.

They called and said they didn't service my area. Their coverage area is the "Portland Metro" area, and I don't think it was unreasonable to expect them to provide me service.

Looked at the issue and because it was late in the season, they told me to keep a watch on it. They gave me honest answers which was great!

I called them to deal with a wasp nest in my attic, that was being accessed by a small hole in the outside wall near the eave. AllPest sprayed all around the underside of the eaves on my house, and assured me that this would get enough pesticide into the hole to kill the nest. Time will tell if this actually worked. The only issue was that the worker dispatched to my house thought he was there for an estimate, and had no idea I had already paid for an Angie's List coupon. They could use better communication at the office, apparently.

Showed up on time. Very professional. Sprayed the house extremely fast for bugs. Problem is it didn't seem to faze the bugs. I've had this service done before by another company with better results.

We were very happy with the service. We were trying take of an ant problem outside. One technician came out and completed the job in about one hour. He was able to get rid of the pests. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was good explaining his product. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They came out to my house because I was having ants inside my house. They had actually treated my house previously and I was pleased with the interaction. The technician arrived very punctually and we discussed the situation. He actually recommended that we only treat outside (a less expensive treatment), since Terro baits seemed to have abated the problem inside the house. He arranged to come back and treat outside when there wasn't rain. He came and treated on the day that he said he would. The thing I am most pleased with with this company is that they are very easy to get in touch with and communicate with.
