Description of Work: I enjoyed my interaction with this company very much. I had a consultation scheduled for the first appointment of the day, and was pleasantly surprised when he arrived exactly on time. After an examination of my home, exterior and interior, he determined that this Big Deal was not necessary, and that I should request a refund for what I had purchased. I appreciated his honesty, and if I have pest needs in the future, I will definitely contact this company again.

Description of Work: I found the company and owner to be very professional overall, w/ only a couple of glitches re scheduling. I was kind of surprised how many times they had to come out to get rid of ants. In the past, with other companies it has just taken one shot. But maybe it had to do w/ time of year I had used them.I truly do not know. I most likely would use them again, but I may call around and ask more ?'s next time before hiring someone.

Description of Work: They were very professional when I called to schedule the appointment. I was worried since it was an Angie's List deal that it might take a while to get scheduled, but they were at my door within a week of calling. Sprayed perimeter of house for spiders, ants, etc. Person doing the job was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We ended up signing up for the quarterly spray because we liked the quality and service so well.
