It's going well. They had some trouble with some of the rodents, but I think they got the majority of them. They took care of my ant problem.

After talking with a company employee they offered an additional month at no additional cost. I appreciate their willingness to provide the extra service.

The appointment was scheduled for the day after I called and handled in a friendly and professional manner. Josh arrived during the 2 hour window and was very informative about the situation and what would be the best course of action. He promptly took care of the problem using a gallon of spray and let me know what to expect. The yellow jackets appear to be gone and if they were still there we'd be able to get them to come back for free and finish up the problem. Very happy with the service and it looks like we'll need to use them again for another nest in our front yard.

After our old cat died, we suddenly found ourselves dealing with a flea infestation we had no idea was brewing in our house and garage. We tried to deal with the fleas on our own, and even though the situation improved somewhat, after 2 weeks I finally couldn't take it anymore that fleas would still be outside, jumping on our kids' ankles as we were leaving the house. I twice called All Pest Control to schedule an estimate (the first time I had to cancel), and both times they were very professional. Josh came to the house to give us an estimate and then again 3 days later to do the treatment. He was very helpful, informative, and efficient. It's only been 3 days but it has been such a relief to be living in a flea-free home since the treatment. Also, it is reassuring to know that All Pest Control's warranty is 90-days, better than the 30-day one I received from another exterminator.

This is the second time I have used this service and I am completely satisfied with the results. Also, I recommended All Pest to my neighbors who were happy with the service as well. Josh called ahead of his arrival, came on time, explained the treatment thoroughly and was professional yet friendly. He also suggested how to get rid of a pantry moth infestation inside the house for no extra charge.

Josh was terrific. Gave explanations and extra information. Was courteous and professional throughout the treatment.

He was great! Said that it was probably early to respray for the ants. I was really concerned about possible mole infestation. He looked over the property and said that there was not immediately recent evidence of moles and that they had probably moved somewhere else. Since I don't have grass to water, they probably had moved to "greener 'pastures." We have used them before and been satisfied, and will certainly call them again if we have problems.

Went well. Would use again.

Purchased Angie's List Big Deal in Dec but took me awhile to get some foundation work done with another company so when I called in June, this company set up an appointment the next week, called the night before to finalize arrival time, and driver called en route to my house within the 2-hour window we'd planned. I showed the two workers the crawl space and they went right to work. All of the miscellaneous/unwanted stuff was removed and new vapor barrier installed. They did a great job and even sent a nice note afterwards. I'd hire them again.

I first tried to pick two of this service so I could have the inside of my house done but neither Angie's List or the company offer to back up that deal so that I as a little disappointing. The service was great but did not last as long as I thought. You can see spider activity on the out side of our house so it sis help for a bit. The biggest pet peeve is it drove the sugar ants and spiders in our home! We are getting them under ncintrol now. Over all it did help and was nice to be bug free for a while.

They made it so easy. When I called to schedule an appointment, the person who helped me was very friendly and helpful. She was able to schedule something for me within a couple of days and at my convenience. Today, Josh came out to do an inspection. I was a few minutes late after he arrived, but he waited for me--thank you! We have had problems with sugar ants and indoor spiders. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained things about bugs that I had never know. Super friendly and professional. We have signed up for an initial treatment around the outside of the house, as well as subsequent quarterly treatments. I am totally impressed and look forward to continuing to work with this company.

Okay, however they were not able to provide answers to a question about signs of pests in the basement. Can't tell if the treatment service actually did anything.

Called this morning, was immediately scheduled, and Ben Davis was here in less than an hour. He was very helpful, professional in presentation, and I would definitely recommend him and the company. Top notch service from start to finish.

They were even ahead of schedule, professional, explained fully what they were going to do and done quickly. We haven't seen a pest since.

We purchased the deal before taking possession of the house. They came out and told us it was a tiny crawl space that would be much cheaper without the deal. Refunded the deal and they will do it for $200. Also had them look at an ant issue and he said he'd do the vapor barrier for $150 if we do pest control as well.

came out first time and realized that we already had an ant problem so we paid for the full treatment, it took 3 treatments and they were very understanding and the tec. was GREAT. I would definitely would hire them again.

I spoke with them twice and they were very pleasant and helpful but they deal just wasn't applicable to what I am needing.

I specifically remember that he was very thorough, very polite, knowledgeable. I do not recall the cost, but I am positive it was very reasonable. He also was able to detect the "home" area of the carpenter ants. I certainly would use All Pest Control Company again.

He contacted me today and after speaking with him, I discovered that this was not the service I was needing. He was very nice, professional and informative. He advised that I contact Angie's List for my refund.

THE ISSUE: I had a compost bin that I found tunneling around the bottom and even chewed thru the side of the bin. The dog was always checking out that area and the deck area close by. I figured it was a mole and but came out one night to get the dog inside and there it was running down my trellis, a rat. YIKES! THE SOLUTION: I called All Pest and they came out right away. A technician identified the source of the issue ( compost bin being a constant food source and bird seed from birdfeeders). Sad to give up on both but didn't want to support a rat colony. He set two bait boxes and informed me how they worked, no danger to dogs or cats even if they came upon the dying rats. Within a couple days the dog was no longer patrolling the deck or previous compost area. Two weeks later they came back and had to restock one box completely and a little more bait in another. They will check again in another two weeks. I am very hopeful the issue is behind me. SERVICE=OUTSTANDING: You don't find too many companies that offer the high level of customer service AND do a great job like this company. The office staff is super courteous, making calls ahead of time, follow-up calls, hand written thank you notes for your business (yes, through snail mail not email!). The technicians are prompt, courteous, and professional. They explain what the issue is, how the pests live, flourish, and how to attack the issue. There is no guarantee other than they will do their very best to address the issue and they deliver on that tenfold! I would recommend ALL PEST and ALL SURFACE is a company that delivers!!

They eradicated our problem and were in and out very quickly.

It went great. They took care of the issue and we haven't had to have them come back again.

There was an extra $98 for the outside or inside which came as a surprise, but it was fine. They did a good job! They took care of my ant problem.

They are trustworthy, they show up on time and there is frequent contact with them. Their service package is convenient, and they come out quarterly and I pay $125.0.
