If you missed or never received this email, we are very sorry that it didn't get to your attention and that it made you think we were ignoring you. Moving forward, please do not hesitate to call or email of when you are ready to use your service – we will still honor the package you bought even though it is past its expiration date. We will even allow you to credit it against a problem with a different pest.

Description of Work: I had used the services of All Pest Control the previous year, and Josh was able to eradicate my home of rats. When the rats relocated to my home due to sewer work in the neighborhood, came promptly and provided the same quality service as he did the year before. He followed up several times to ensure the rodents were gone. I would definitely use their services again.

Description of Work: We had a very bad infestation of little black ants in the kitchen and adjacent utility room. This had been the case, with ebbs and flows, for over two years. Tried several home remedies with no real success. The rep sprayed all around the base of both rooms, and all around the foundation outside. It's too early to say how lasting the treatment will be, but within a couple of days there were almost no ants (down from hundreds). It's still looking good several days after that. The option we chose includes a 90 day guarantee, with repeat treatments every two weeks as needed.
