Description of Work: He came and sprayed. I bought the service as a preventive measure, since I hadn't seen bugs, and I haven't seen bugs since so there's not way to know for sure. My only concern is that I asked him to come talk to me after he finished to tell me if he had any concerns, or If he had seen any bugs on the property, but he didn't come and talk to me afterward. He just left.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal from this company for $98 for a spring preventative pest control treatment! That service turned out okay. I can’t really tell if it helped the situation.

Description of Work: All Pest was great. They came right away and I signed up for a 90 day pest free plan. They came back 4 times in the 90 days to remedy the home of ants (lots and lots of ants). Pleased to say that we are ant-free. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I live in a heavily wooded area and ants are a big problem if not kept in checked. Must work since I generally don't see any ants again until late spring.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon for pest control that included 3 visits. They came out fine and did an inspection and left a trap. They were going to return to finalize inspection and fix some items but when they returned, they said it needed more time and would do the work the next time. I felt they were just trying to use up the 3 visits so I never called them back again. I wasn't about to take off work another time to finalize.

They provided follow- up visits on a regular basis until the job was finished. Josh, the expert that came to our home was always prompt, polite, and patient. I never felt that I was being rushed or that my concerns we're being marginalized. He was knowledgable, professional, and was wonderful to work with. Josh answered every silly question I asked with a high level of customer service. He's a good guy. Nicole always provided a polite reminder call and was alway happy to tweak timing needs for me. I WILL use All Pest in the future if the need arises. Thanks for the professionalism.
