As far as I can tell the company did the job in spraying around the home to get rid of the ants, too soon to tell how effective it was. My problem is I wanted the mice to be taken care of the same day as well but we had to call two additional times in order to get the quote. If the quote/mice would've been taken care of in the same day as the ants as I had asked the experience would have been much better and All Pest Control would've received the business.

My phone call was handled professionally and an appointment was set up in a timely manner. The serviceman provided the service on the appointed day and left us a statement. We have used this company in the past and find them to be very reliable.

They guaranteed the work and came back for a second treatment. They were excellent and they were great to work with. They were getting rid of sugar ants. I would highly recommend them.

On the appointment day I received a call from Steve with plenty of time to meet him. He arrived exactly on time. I showed him the vent and then he went into the crawl space. I did not see and/or smell anything that led him to believe any pests had been in there. He did not feel that any work was need and recommended I close up the screen. We discussed what to look for going forward. I was very happy he did not try to scare me into thinking there was something that was not there. If and when I have an actual pest problem I will call on them to fix it.

Outstanding! They got back to me right away when I purchased the Big Deal. We scheduled within a week. The guy that came out (sorry, I can't remember his name, but I think he's the only field guy) was very professional, answered ALL of my questions (and I had a LOT because of pets, native plants, organic garden, etc), and was very thorough with everything. He eased my mind about what I though were termites but weren't, and he sprayed around them and the left/died anyway. I am thrilled with the results (NO MORE SUGAR ANTS), and couldn't have been more pleased with the service.

Joshua came out and checked around the house and identified that we had a rodent problem. He outlined a plan of action and clearly showed how much it would cost. The plan included laying bait stations coming back after two weeks and checking the bait stations and rebating when needed. after there where no more signs of activity he secured the crawl space and garage preventing anymore rodents entering the house. He showed great professionalism and knowledge of pest control.

I am happy with the overall experience. I feel confident that going forward I will have the pest problem under control.

The initial estimate was prompt and professional. I liked them because their estimator was the only one who crawled into our attic and looked in our closets. I felt like he had the best information for giving me a quote. The first round of baiting went well. They placed bait in a few places in our home - garage, kitchen cabinet through which the mice were entering, and the interstitial space (accessible through our attic). I continued to see mice droppings in our kitchen but expected it to go away. All Pest did two more rounds of bait-refresh. A guy would come out and check the bait and place some more. This is when I started to see problems. We had a different person come every time and there was no handoff. So, the guy coming on had no clue where the last guy had placed the bait. It is very possible that the re-baiting was not thorough (since I was not there to check on them each time). At one point I started to smell a dead mouse in my basement and called them. No one returned my call. The next contact with the company was when the next round of baiting was done, when a scheduler called me to schedule for them to come out. The final round was by a guy who spent 10-15 mins at our home, used a canister with foam to seal the holes in our garage, and said that we should call if we had more problems. I was appalled when I returned home that night and found the kitchen cabinet (the primary problem) left as is. There was loose bait there with mouse droppings around it and the holes were left as is. I was furious and called the company to have them come fix it. Tom from All Pest called and sent someone out the next week to address my concerns. He too did not do a thorough job. The attached photos show the state they finally left our kitchen cabinet - there is still bait there. The only thing the guy did was to stuff some steelwool in the biggest hole (visible at th left corner of the attached photos). I do not have the patience to have them come out again and walk through their job. Its more efficient for me to do this right by going to home depot and getting sealant to close the very obvious mouse access in the kitchen. Overall I am very disappointed with the results. Poor closure to the job. I would not hire this company again. The work they did was not even worth $100 of the $275 I paid them.

It was very straightforward, they told me what it would take. They were on time and on budget. It went fine.

They were able to remove the mole within two or three days. The situation is improving with the pests. We're going to continue to use them throughout the season.

They are great to work with. They are on time. They do what they say they are going to do and follow through with it. And, they're not over priced! I pay $40 a month, depending on what they do.

They are really receptive and quick to get back with us. I think they are very professional. The approximate cost listed is what I pay per month.

We got an okay response to squirrels in the attic. An estimate of $150 was given and we were told it was an easy fix. The entrance was right in the front at the edge of the roof and probably could be reached by just standing on the top of a ladder. The technician came out and said he wasn't going to climb on the roof and would look into having a couple of people who specialize in climbing on roofs come to help him. He did look in the attic and the squirrel hadn't done much damage yet. We didn't hear back for a while. Then the weather turned bad which is understandable. We were called and said they would be out finally and never showed. A couple weeks later another call saying they would be out and again never showed. I called and asked what happened and was told by the young women on the other end that she doesn't go out on the job so she can't know what he did. Thanks for that. She did call back and say he did come out and did some of the work which is a lie on his part and that he still wouldn't climb on the roof. He was still trying to get those two helpers to help him. I asked if we needed to call someone else or was the technician going to do the job. I received a call shortly after saying that the technician couldn't get the help he wanted and we would need to get someone else to to the job.

I am very, very satisfied. They are just nice and helpful people to work with. We had been looking for a local company after having a couple of bad experiences with the large national companies. The inspector who came out was quite knowledgeable and honest. I had a subsequent pest concern (other that the one I had originally requested an estimate for) and he pointed out that my concern was unfounded and it just would be a waste of my money (unlike the estimator from another company I contacted who said there was definitely a bad problem and increased the price of his estimate.)Their office was polite and proficient. They communicated well. The technician who was out (Bryan) was great he really knew his stuff and made me at ease. He went the extra mile for us. My problem (carpenter ants) went away within a few days and there has not been a single trace of them since. All Pest Control is my new pest control company! I also ended up using one of their other divisions for a completely different project that was also excellent!

Sometimes they didn't show, forgot something, or we would just find a bill under the door. I don't think they were very reliable. I got billed twice sometimes and often they would not call before they came. I canceled my service because I was unhappy with it. Price was for the initial trip and then it was $45 a month.

Did a very thorough job, told me exactly what to expect, ants seem to be gone after about 2-3 weeks.
