Great. Service was prompt and technician friendly and customer focused.

I called Marty on the 3rd of July. Since he was working across town, we tried to set up a meet in the morning or evening. He was available on the fourth and fifth, but I wasn't. We finally got together on the sixth, and Marty took a look, suited up, and was done in about an hour, all told. The bees were gone by the next day. (and still are) Marty is friendly, flexible and he gets the job done.

I used them on a coupon special. I think they did a good job; they guy who came out was really nice and explained what they were doing. I recommend them.

I confirmed with All Pest when I called to schedule that their products would not make our indoor pets ill and that we wanted only the exterior treated. Our service was scheduled within the week and we were informed that Josh would be the individual coming out to perform the service. We were contacted with a phone reminder the day before. Josh was on time, provided information and answered all my questions. Excellent service!

We had an Angie’s List special deal for pest control. They were professional and came out right away. They were on time and did a good job.

They came out a few times because the weather was so bad and he even extended the exipration date of my Big Deal coupon because the weather prevented him from spraying. He was extremely professional and I haven't seen an ant since! They were the only company of the ones I had looked into who offered something nontoxic to pets which I wanted for the safety of my dog.

I have a problem with ants this Spring - not just a few, but hundreds! I tried to just get rid of them as I saw them, and then tried some hot pepper powders and then caulking and then some raid. Nothing worked! Josh came and sprayed the house just once so far - we'll see if it keeps the rascals away. I will just need some more time to tell about that. But, Josh himself, was very nice, very informative, very professional. I would use their services again if those ants returned.

Josh was late in arriving but called to explain and said he was now on his way. He asked questions and explained his service - very nice company - very quick to respond.

We had problems with rodents in the basement of one of our rental buildings. They came to the property, inspected it thoroughly, pointing out the points of egress. They set traps, catching some critters and then later came back and sealed up the openings (all very small and easily missed but big enough for a mouse or young rat to get in). They then followed up with additional checks. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and punctual with the service. We intend to call them again if the problem reoccurs.

Prompt to set up visit. Showed up on time. Job took most of day. Crew curtious and efficient.

They did a really good job. I see no more ants getting into my cats food which is a plus. They were very prompt and was done with the job very quickly. I had ants everywhere and after the treatment I have not seen any in my home. Unfortunatley, I do not remember how much I paid but I do know it was very reasonable.

I would give the company an A overall. The agent did not ask any probing questions regarding what the experience is like with the service provider so once again there is nothing to transcribe.

I would recommend All Pest Control. They were very polite. They did the job quickly and efficiently. The results were very good. I will use them again in the future.

Arrived as scheduled. (Was available to come earlier, but I was not home.) I'm not sure what else to say. I did not accompany him as he sprayed the perimeter. He did the work and left.

When they arrived they were putting something different than what I thought I had bought in the special. When I asked he said oh we don't do that kind, it's not the right thing so this is what we are doing, this is right. Well it cost a lot of money for them to just replace the plastic which didn't really need it and the workmen left mud and dirt all along the edge of the opening carpet which I had to scrub off myself. The carpet is cream colored and it looked dark brown. They also left mud on the floor in the entry way

It went pretty good. I am satisfied with their services. They also cleaned and sealed the crawlspace.

After we purchased the Angies list big deal, I called to schedule an appointment. They actually came out the same day and completed the work in no time at all! We had tried to clean the drains for some time, and just decided to bite the bullet and hire these guys due to the special deal. Wish we'd done it sooner. Like I said, they came out quickly, got the job done fast, were very professional and neat. While this wasn't a big job, it was one that needed to be done, and they did it great!

I scheduled the appointment for a day I was available and then an unexpected death in the family caused me to be out of town on the appointment day. Fortunately the technician called my cell phone to state he was coming. I then apologized and informed him where I was and it was not an issue. When I returned home we rescheduled and the technician arrived, we walked the house and I described what we experience every fall and he treated accordingly. When the season arrived, the humbers were significantly lower and there were a lot of dead bugs which indicates tthe treament worked. I plan to use All Pest again next year.

The woman who answered the phone was knowledgable, professional and friendly. My appointment was scheduled quickly. The technician was exactly on time, polite and very knowledgable. I can explain the ants habits and how to solve it to anyone now! I have wasted so much money all these years fighting this problem with traps and sprays and nothing worked. I should have done this a looong time ago. I priced other pest companies and they were the most reasonable. I would definitely use their services again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a pest service.

The technician who arrived for my appointment didn’t have an ID, and I felt that he became hostile when I asked for it. He said he would only have a business card, which was in his car, and I heard him muttering under his breath when he walked back to his truck to retrieve it. He actually wasn’t able to find one, so I decided to just move forward with the appointment. I think the effectiveness of his work was fine, but his professionalism was definitely lacking. He really wasn’t willing to my questions thoroughly.

Overall, the service went smoothly. So far, the treatment they put down seems to have been effective.

I had an excellent experience with All Pest Control, and I would hire them again.

Overall process took about 3 months during which time 4 squirrels were trapped. Generally very happy with service, but didn't realize how long it would take to eliminate problem. Apparently openings left under dormer eaves when house was re-roofed that allowed squirrels to enter attic.
