All Pest Control Company

I'm normally sceptical about these sorts of deals, but I have to say the total experience was very good. Tom arrived when expected and quicky explained the scope and limitations of the prepaid service. However I believe that he went above and beyond by also inspecting our crawl space for evidence of mice (which there was!). He did find 2 possible entry points by extractor fan outlets and plugged those with some sort of sealant. He also provided 2 bait stations for those points. But my biggest complement to Tom is for not to try to up-sell additional services before they were needed. Not only did he spend the time to tell us how best to prevent attracting rodents (e.g. by not thowing bread to birds outside the back door!), but he was happy to see whether the bait stations worked before suggesting we call them out again (which, by the way, was also at a favorable rate). Full marks to Tom and All Pest Control - you define what customer service is all about!

Obtained service with Angie's List promotion by All Pest Control. Service technician arrived on time, was very pleasant, and completed his work efficiently. He explained what he would be doing and provided recommendations to minimize future insect issues. Excellent service!

They did what they said they’d do, their price was good, and their treatment seemed to be effective!

I had been hearing creatures running over, and chewing on my ceiling every night. It was waking me up and I could tell the animals were doing damage. I called several companies and initially decided pest control services were too expensive, and wouldn't address our problems. We tried live trapping ourselves but the problem just kept getting worse. Finally I saw an Angie's List coupon for this company. Even though it did not apply to our specific problem I still decided to have their technician come to our home for a free estimate. Every person I have interacted with at this company has been knowledgable and professional. They took the time to figure out what was causing the problem (roof rats) and we are now in the process of getting rid of them. It has been two weeks since their initial visit and the problem isn't gone, but it has significantly improved. Upon rechecking the bait stations the technician found they were both empty. More bait was added and hopefully this will solve this issue. The owner also owns a roofing company. This really sealed the deal for us as I know that when the rats are gone they will be able to get up on the roof and patch up all entry points. (No other company I called was able to get on our roof). My only wish was that I had contacted them sooner! I have no reservations in recommending pest control services from this company.

Everything went as expected and I have no complaints. They were prompt and provided good service.

Had problems with ants for about 6 months. They treated my house for ants both inside and out. I didn't have to do anything special to get ready. They were in and out quickly. It was nice that I didn't see any evidence of spray on any walls or anything, nor were there any smells at all to endure. After 6 months of CONSTANT problems with masses of ants on my counters, in my garbage, and lots of them in my dishwasher despite using many different sprays and other products from the store, and constantly cleaning the kitchen, the next day I saw exactly 1 ant, and that was the last of them!! Amazing! It is now almost six months later, and I have yet to see another ant!

This company was so easy to work with. The woman who set up the appointment was so helpful and friendly and explained everything well. They even gave us a reminder call a couple days before. When they came out to our home they were on time and very friendly. My three year old was very interested in the work that was being done and the technician was very good with her and answered all her questions.

Jason arrived on time, and gave me a call prior to his arrival. He was personable and went about his job in an efficient manner. He explained the process and stated he would return if the treatment was not sufficient. I have used this company for two years and it has eliminated ants and pests in the house.

Everything went well. The technician and I walked around the property. He evaluated the situation and I thought he was very thoughtful, professional, and good to work with overall!

Josh came by on time, but the weather had just turned to rain, so he suggested a later return date so the pest control product wouldn't be washed away before it could dry. He came back a 2nd time, as scheduled (for no extra cost), and sprayed the house exterior, then patiently worked with me inside the house as I moved furniture away from the walls so he could spray the baseboards upstairs and downstairs. He explained how the product worked, how it wasn't harmful to humans or pets, and answered any questions I had. Afterwards, he crawled under the porch to install a rodent poison holder. Over the next 3 months, I saw a noticeable decrease in the number of bugs, crawlies and rodents around and in the house, to the point where the are more or less completely gone. I was completely satisfied with Josh's work and the effectiveness of the products he used.

Very kind, quick, very casual and hard working. Good follow-up and also discount mailers to keep on the system to protect the house.

Everyone was friendly, professional and followed through with what they said that they would do.The young lady I spoke to was efficient and courteous when I made the appointment and she had my Angie's List coupon on file. They gave me a reminder call the Friday before my Monday appointment and then Josh called 30 minutes before his time of arrival to confirm that he was on his way. What great customer service and a wonderful experience I had throughout the entire process.

The tech showed up and explained that he would spray the base of the house and typically that would take care of most insects in the area of the structure. He sprayed for about ten minutes and then left. after a couple weeks there was a dramatic difference in the number of spiders and insects around the house.

I purchased the coupon and was happy with their service. I appreciated that they postponed the first appointment due to rain, since they understandably don't provide a guarantee for coupon deals. The guy spotted my vole problem and suggested I might want to have that taken care of, but I haven't done it yet. It is a pretty bad problem, though. They sent followup appreciation card and discount for future services, which was above-and-beyond.

Technician listened to my requests for where to spray based on where we had seen the ants most frequently. The treatment seemed to immediately solve the problem we were having. Overall the experience was great, the technician was easy to work with, and I would use the company again.

He will be my new man for pest control. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was great because he provided a lot of advice. I also received a handwritten thank you note from him expressing his appreciation for my business. On that note he also included some more hints for pest control. I was very impressed.

Tom arrived promptly and was very good about explaining what he saw and what he was going to do. He then sprayed around the home to get rid of the ants and within a day the ants were gone!! We would highly recommend their services.

Josh has come to service us and has been unbelieveable. He is incredibly responsive and has helped us in so many ways. He deserves major kudos and so does the company for hiring him.

Joshua arrived right on time (which is a surprisingly rare occurrence with home services contractors, I'm finding out!), and performed his work professionally, thoroughly and quickly. He explained what he was doing, the products he was using and what kind of results we could expect. My expectations were exceeded - after dealing unsuccessfully with an ant problem since moving into our house 5 years ago, we've been TOTALLY ANT FREE for over 5 months. I will definitely call them again, even without a coupon, when we need another spraying.

We have no ants in the house. Plenty out in the yard but not in the house.

There were no additional costs, they sprayed the whole exterior of the house. I thought I had a bee problem but he couldn’t find a nest. After he sprayed they were gone. I was pleased with their services. They showed up on time and he was really nice.
