All Pest Control Company

The first time went much faster than anticipated. Probably 20 minutes total. Turns out the guy who performed the first service was no longer with the company two weeks later when I had to have someone come back out due to still prevalent ant and spider activity. The second go 'round, they were there for about an hour and a half and were extremely thorough and apologetic regarding the first visit. Regardless of the first visit, I'd recommend them to anyone. They took the time to make it right and were very professional.

Very thorough, professional and explained everything well. The price for the initial service seemed a bit high, however there is no contract which I prefer. So far no ants have returned and I was very happy with the service overall.

Work was performed quickly and efficiently.

Needed quick responsiveness to keep tenant happy. Multiple phone calls with no resolution. Couldn't get a quote in writing. Several phone calls went unreturned. Spoke with both a technician and an office staff person. Neither ever got me the information I requested in writing. I gave my cell phone number and email address every time we corresponded.

He was professional and seemed knowledgable regarding our problems. I would hire again. I knew this was not going to be cheep so the price was about what I was expecting after I had read the reviews and reviews of competitors.

Wonderful, all of the workers very nice and prompt. I would definitely recommend them. The mice are gone and I am a lot happier!

Excellent company who I have referred to all my clients.

They have been great to work with. The original treatment involved being in the house, since then it has consisted of just spraying the outside of the house. They explained the treatments and how the ants nest and what they are attracted to etc... it was informative and the treatments have worked very well over the last few years. They will come out if there are any issues and have always been respectful, courteous, and easy to work with. The ants basically have not been an issue since we started the treatments.

They helped us selected the best timing for the particular bug. Good results.

They were responsive, on-time and got the job done. I had a couple recurrences, but they were covered under the warranty and addressed promptly and professionally. I haven't seen an ant in my house in several months.

We have a contract, we must be paying a certain amount 4 times a year. It was great. They were professional, on time and they were helpful. They listened and did everything I asked. For price, I feel that I am paying a little more than I would have liked. The workers were good. They did a great job.

They have done 3 services within the last 9 months. The price seems high. I had some specific requests that I made known to them when I contracted with them over 9 months ago. I am seeing here in the notes that they followed up with those requests. Their attention to detail was really good. I didn't get in contact with the workers during this visit but, in the past they have been really good.

The job was done well and the warranty service is good.

Called because yellow-jackets were swarming in the backyard. When All Pest arrived, they were gone. Technician explored entire yard searching for nest, then provided information on what to look for if they return - all at no cost. First company I called wouldn't even come out to the house unless I knew where the nest was.

All Pest came out to do a bid and I hired them. The technician sprayed and baited and that was it. The ants came around 2 more times. I called All Pest back and they came right away to spray again. I haven't seen any ants since. This service wasn't cheap, but the technician urged me to call him back as many times as necessary during the 90 day warrantee.

It isn't often I am overly impressed with service companies, but my experience with All Pest Control was more than exceptional and felt compelled to compose a review. Kevin was very thorough and explained exactly the process. I cannot thank Kevin enough and appreciate this company's dedication to their customers. Hopefully I never need pest control but if/when I do, they will be my first call.

The service was responsible; yet I believe the price could have been lower.

The technician was punctual, arriving on time as promised. He drove a company vehicle with clear identification. He was professional, but friendly. Once we agreed on a plan, he went right to work. He honored my AL's 10% off coupon as he wrote up the bill. It was all very simple and straightforward. I would definitely use this company again if I need pest control services in the future.

Kevin called on his way over as promised and showed up at the exact time quoted! He was very professional, gave me some suggestions, added the mice bait as greed upon, talked about possible carpenter ant treatment (if we see them) and left.

Overall I was satisfied. The office staff was very helpful, and the technician was thorough. My only reason for rating them less then an A, was that due to some confusion in lining up the work, the technician did not have the correct equipment to perform the carpenter ant treatment I had purchased throuigh Angies list. This delayed us getting the work completed for about a week beyond the original scheduled date. Fortunately, my schedule is flexible, so I was able to reschedule with them. In addition, I decided to have them do the preventative treatment for other pests. Since it was raining, they only were able to do the interior. The completed the project, both the exterior and the carpenter ant treatment on the rescheduled date. Again, they did what they said they would do, at a reasonable price. Scheduling could have been better.

The all pest control company rep Josh appeared at the prearranged time and date, took information and sprayed for ants. He explained the process and the expected results and told us to call if all was okay. He gave us a service ticket and departed. All very friendly and professional.

I wish every service provider were as good and as depending as 'All Pest Control' at delivering customer service. They are responsive, on time, courteous and do a better job communicating and following-through than any other service-based company I've ever hired. I cannot name another company in any service based industry that is as focused on pleasing their customers, which they do exceptionally well. Very pleased that I found this company and hired them.
