Description of Work: We had a rat problem. They checked all around exterior to locate points of entry, then put rat bait in appropriate places. He explained that the poison acted slowly enough so the rats would leave our home in search of water, then die elsewhere. The exterminator came back in 2 weeks and checked to see where and how much the bait was that was left, added more. Will come back and check in 2 weeks to see if bait is still there. If they determine the rats have left, then they will close up the entry points. At this time, the problem seems to have been resolved. The person who came out was very friendly, professional and good about answering all my questions.

Description of Work: We had an invasion of tiny ants. I called All Pest and a gentleman came out that day. He explained the why's and wherefor's of insect invasions and what treatment he would provide as well as an estimate. The estimate seemed reasonable so I decided to go ahead. He was able to do the first treatment that afternoon which was great. He sprayed the affected areas indoors and then the perimeter of the house. As per the contract he returned on 3/10 to do a second treatment. Ants are gone, we are happy :) All in all a good experience.
