+ -1 moreAs far as the service itself - no complaints at all. They came out, provided an estimate that we were very happy with, and the next day asked for bi-weekly service to start. We sent this request via email, but didn't receive a response, so sent a second and quot;please startand quot; request. We finally decided that maybe email wasn't the best method for them, so we gave them a call and they apologized for not seeing our email, and promised to have someone out there by end of day, and confirmed bi-weekly service. We were thrilled to find our lawn maintained that very day. Kudos! However, 2 weeks later, no one came. We thought maybe it wouldn't be EXACTLY 2 weeks, so we gave another week... still no one came. We are now up to week 4 and have decided that we had best officially stop service with All Metro, and start taking bids from other service providers.
Description of Work: Basic lawncare and maintenance.

+ -1 moreThey are always very nice when they come to our home to work on our yard. They gave us a great price on a special project we had and have been using them ever since. They are always consistent with the work they provide and showing up on time.
Description of Work: We use All Metro for our landscaping needs. They come out to mow, edge and fertilize our yard as needed.
