All Gutters And More

IF I could give a minus 5 star rating I would ----- this is the worst company I ever dealt with ---- Curtis asked for upfront money to pay for material costs for new gutter that was damaged from storm ---- made the mistake of doing that and he disappeared off the face of the earth and owes me over $1000 as I had to contact someone else to do the work ---- DO NOT EVER WORK WITH THIS OUTFIT - THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY - I will have to sue to get my money!!!

I called, they quoted me a price, and said they'd be out the following week. They never showed up. I called again and they were very apologetic and told me they'd show up by the end of the next day. They never showed up. I called again, the guy said his rental car broke down and he swore he'd be at my house by next Tuesday. He never showed up. I've given up on him.

The repair to gutter looked great and the new downspout was installed. Times spent was about 2 hoursr. Curtis also cleaned out the gutters as part of the install. He went above and beyond what was expected. Excellent value!

Of the four companies I called, Curtis was the only one who came by that same day to take a look at the problem (the snow had tied everyone up). It took Curtis a couple of visits to finish the project (he was already committed to a bigger project and worked me in when he could). He took the detached gutters down, repaired what he could and then replaced the damaged sections. While doing these repairs, he also fixed problems he found with other gutter systems on the house (we have five). He didn't charge extra for this, and was apologetic about the work taking a number of evenings (he still completed the job before the next firm could even schedule an appointment to give me an estimate). The gutters are now better than new - Curtis reattached the system more securely than the original installers. Curtis did a fantastic job for us at a price lower than we expected.

I called Curtis to take a look to one gutter that had been leaking badly the last few days. He explained to me that we needed a break in the rain to fix it, which didn't happen in a while... he couldn't come during the first sunny day, but he came the second. He was very helpful. He explained to me the issue and fixed it promptly, He even removed some dents I had in some other gutter, and took the opportunity to clean the gutters (they had a lot of leaves in them). Satisfied with results, and I totally understand their crazy schedule given the weather for the last few weeks.

I called and sent pictures asking for info and a bid. They couldn't be bothered to respond. I guess the job wasn't big enough for them. I'm not sure why they couldn't just say they weren't available or interested.

They came out and repaired the leak, cleaned the gutters, and performed some minor repairs to the roof. I thought they had done a nice job for the price, until it rained heavily again and I saw that water was spilling out from the bottom of the gutter through the drop outlet. So water was running down the side of the house and the outside of the downspout. The part of the gutter is up way too high for me to investigate, so I don't know if its clogged or if there are gaps around the drop outlet. I do remember that they had removed a sealant that was around that outlet. I contacted them about this, and they said they were going to come back and take care of it but they never showed.

Curtis came over promptly and did a fantastic job.

curtis was a lifesaver! i regularly have my roof and gutters cleaned, but had rainwater POURING over the side of a stretch of gutter near my front door. i literally called every gutter repair company listed on the first two pages of angieslist, every one said they were too busy for at least 2-4 weeks. i finally got to "all gutters and more" and curtis was able to fit me in in 2-3 days. imagine my relief! curtis quickly identified the problem and fixed it quickly (in the rain i should add!). after the sludge was removed, the gutters worked perfectly. i plan to call him for regular maintenance in the future!!!

Our house is located in a wooded area with the majority of trees being Douglas Firs. The pine cones and needles rain down on us continually. After the winter storms left debris everywhere on the roof, it needed a good cleaning along with the gutters. Curtis and his co-worker arrived promptly and according to my wife, they made quick work of the cleanup. When I arrived home, the roof and gutters were clean, and the grounds around the house were absent of any debris from the roof - so they didn't just blow everything off the house and "call it good". To be truthful, it would be hard to tell, since the grounds are wooded and left natural (no grass) anyway, but they went the extra mile. I will be using them again.

My home was resided, and the downspouts no longer fit correctly. My contractor gave me this business's name and phone# to call for new gutters (along with 2 others). I called and they said they would be right over -- and they were. They went over options and pricing with me. They could repair my existing downspouts so they would fit once again, but I would still have to paint them, since they were green, and the house was resided with yellow and white. I elected 4 new downspouts. They blew out the accumulated leaves from my gutters, then made and installed 4 new downspouts. It took very little time, and they made it look effortless, even though it was still raining at the time.
