Excellent work and price. Friendly staff. Punctual. Arrived and did the work as promised. My basement window was done in less than three days. Project started with outside excavation on Saturday 5/2/20 for two hours, 8 hours Monday 5/4/20, and 3 hours on Tuesday 5/5/2020. Of course, we had to vacant the property for two days during the pandemic for them to do the job. I would definitely use their service again in the future.

Our project is almost complete. There were some delays due to a vehicle issue just a few days into the project, and that set things back. We are still waiting for dry weather to finish the egress well curb. Overall, we are please with Tony and his crew. They answered my many questions and addressed my concerns as they came up.

Tony is attentive, professional and communicative. I’ll be hiring him for future projects.

I continue to have a small leak in the corner even after they did a lot of work to remedy it. I think it is more about my foundation than their work.

Tony was great to work with. They installed a european style tilt and turn egress window in our basement. There was an issue with the gas line running right through the window well, but Tony worked with the gas company and coordinated digging the well with their timeline, which we really appreciated. The project took a while due to the gas line move and some rescheduling, but we were flexible so it wasn't a big issue. We chose the wood for the window well walls and it looks really good, much nicer than the concrete or metal. Overall, really happy with the experience. Tony and the crew were friendly, professional and respectful, would definitely hire again.

Tony and his crew are egress window pros- don't bother with any company that does not do the entire egress window process through the cutting and installation. I had one company come out for an outrageous price to cut the concrete- it took them an entire day, the hole was the wrong size, and they didn't also install the window. Tony and his crew came out the next day and had the hole cut and the window installed in less than two hours for less money.

Tony and the team are friendly, professional, and excellent at their craft. They installed an egress window in my basement that I'm very happy with. The work was completed promptly and at great value. I definitely recommend Zilka construction for any egress window work.
