They had to replace the battery. He checked all the doors. I asked him to wear new shoe covers and he happily did. I just had a new pre-fab wood floor installed in my kitchen. He checked all the doors and did it in a timely manor. Very businesslike.

The Brinks installer was on-time, and very professional. He walked through the entire house, and made recomendations on how to set-up our security system to be most effective. Also, made sure that we fully understtod all of the features and how to use them before he left. We have also been very happy with the Brinks customer service since we had the system installed.

The installers were prompt, courteous and efficient and worked with us to find the best location for the motion detector and the smoke detector and inconspicuous spots for the master panel and the siren. There was a minor disconnect between their local and national offices when I had to change the install date (the national office never got the message and tried to send an installer earlier than the house was ready even though the local rep new better). Their workmanship was very high quality (much better than Comcast's for example - none of the wiring is visible). The price was a little high, but wasn't totally unreasonable given the amount of work done. It is a crock however, that under the terms of their contract they (not you) own the equipment when you terminate service (even though you paid for it and to install and maintain it). The installers also gave a thorough lesson on how to use the system before they left.

I've only had the system two weeks, but this was a fantastic experience. Professional and friendly. I first called Brinks. A salesman came out and took an hour for a bid on my newly remodeled home. The crew came two days later to install, looked around the entry hall and said "no way." So another salesperson arrived and spent 45 minutes to have the crew arrive and pronounce the same (but they were REALLY nice and recommended ADT as I needed a wireless system). Linda arrived and sighed the same way the Brinks guys did, but didn't leave for 6 more hours. She problem solved; a supervisor came out; she kept me completely apprised of what she was doing, what it would do to the appearance of my house and how it would be safer or less safe based on that criteria. She recommended other products and was very clear on the pricing and reliability. And she put up with my kids running around her gear with grace.

Good experience, but chose local company over them.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, and gave us a good deal. The installer was very good and thorough, took her time, and did a great job.

THIS IS THE QUARTERLY FEE FOR A YEAR'S CONTRACT AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH ADT. THE LOCAL COMPANY HAS BEEN EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE AND HAS MANAGED TO KEEP THE SYSTEM OPERATIONAL. THEY ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT EVEN IF THE PROBLEM IS A TOUGH ONE. THEY RESPOND QUICKLY TO A SERVICE CALL. ALL TECHNICIANS ARE WELL TRAINED AND COMPETENT.

THE INSTALLERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER A BILLING ISSUE WAS TAKEN CARE OF

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE AND INSTALLATION THAT BRINKS PROVIDED. IF I EVER MOVE THEY WILL BE THE ONE I CALL FIRST.

ADT'S TECHNICIAN WAS GREAT. HE LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED AND GAVE ME ALLOT OF ADVICE. HE SHOWED ME SEVERAL DIFFERENT PLANS WE COULD GO WITH AND I CHOSE THE SYSTEM I WANTED. I AM VERY HAPPY AND FEEL VERY SAFE.

WE HAVE RELIED ON THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY HAVE BEEN QUICK TO ADDRESS PROBLEMS AND MAKE NECESSARY REPAIRS. WE APPRECIATE THE PEOPLE OF MIND A SECURITY SYSTEM PROVIDES.

THANKS ADT FOR MAKING US FEEL SAFE AGAIN. THEY REWIRED OUR DOORS AND WINDOWS. THE WORK WAS DONE SWIFTLY AND TO MY SATISFACTION. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE MORE EXPENSIVE. GREAT COMPANY!

I HAVE HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE, IT WAS GREAT. THEIR WORK QUALITY SEEMS TO BE FINE. WE HAVE ONLY HAD ONE MISHAP, AND THEY GOT RIGHT ON IT TO CORRECT IT.

I HAVE BEEN SURPRISED, WHEN I HAVE HAD MINOR THINGS GO WRONG, THAT THEY CHARGE MORE THAN I EXPECTED. I GUESS I WOULD CROSS MY FINGERS AND HOPE FOR LESS PROBLEMS.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I CAN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH THEM.

THEY ARE CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS. THEY COME OUT AND CHECK MY ALARMS. I HAD TO HAVE ONE ITEM REDONE. IF I NEEDED A REPAIR, THEY WOULD COME OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS AND IF IT WAS A ROUTINE CHECK UP, THEN IT WOULD BE A WEEK.

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD FOR US. ANY FALSE ALARMS OR ANYTHING THEY CALL RIGHT AWAY AND TELL US WHAT IS GOING ON. IF THE BATTERIES EVER GO OUT OR FAIL THEY ARE RIGHT THERE TO FIX IT.

ONE THING THAT I REALLY LIKED ABOUT THEM WAS THAT THEY DID NOT KEEP PUSHING. THEY SAID IT WAS MY DECISION FOR WHATEVER I NEEDED. THEY DID NOT TRY TO GET ME TO BUY ANYTHING I DID NOT WANT. THEY WERE VERY VERY POLITE AND VERY GOOD AT CLEANING UP. THEY WERE JUST EXCELLENT PEOPLE.

VERY GOOD. I CAN GET A HOLD OF THEM ANYTIME IN A MATTER OF; AS SOON AS I DIAL UP THEY ARE THERE. EVEN FOR A FALSE ALARM I CAN CONTACT THEM IMMEDIATELY. IF SOMETHING GOES OFF, THE POLICE ARE ALREADY ON THEIR WAY BEFORE I CAN CALL THEM.

THEY DID EVERYTHING RIGHT. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY QUESTIONS TO ASK THEM. THEY JUST INSTALLED IT AND DID A GOOD JOB. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANYONE BREAK INTO OUR HOUSE YET.

I'VE HAD THEM FOR YEARS AND I'VE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. THE UPGRADE WAS THE SAME. THEY WERE HERE THE VERY NEXT, EARLY AND THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE THOROUGH AND MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WORKED BEFORE THEY LEFT.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEIR PUNCTUALITY WAS GOOD, AND EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. THEY TRAINED ME ON IT, AND THEY PUT IT WHERE I WANTED IT PUT.

I'VE USED SIMILAR COMPANIES, AND THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS IS IMMEDIATE. IT WAS A PRETTY GOOD PRICE COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES THAT I HAVE USED IN THE PAST.

THEY HELPED ME BECAUSE I AM DISABLED. THE WORK WAS DONE REAL GOOD. THEY GUARANTEE THE WORK THAT THEY DO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
