Description of Work: Adrian's installed a backyard fence. It was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. Adrian, and his team (especially Mario, the lead) were always punctual and very professional. You could tell by their work methods and attitudes that they were committed to doing a quality job and they did. The fence is gorgeous, was completed on time, at a reasonable cost -- and without having and complaints throughout the process. Adrian was creative in recommending solutions for decorative items I described wanting for the fence. He is very solution oriented. We have already recommended Adrian to others. Adrian stated at the beginning of the job that his desire was to "exceed expectations" and he did!

Description of Work: They built a property line fence..my neighbor hired them since we shared the expense. Price was high bid, lumber not high grade. However, they did respond quickly to any problems or questions and fixed them and came back a couple of time after storm to fix the decorative pieces that came off.

Description of Work: Adrian's replaced 80 linear feet of old fencing with a new, clear cedar, picture frame style cedar fence. | |Josh from Adrian's responded to my initial email, and then came to my house to look at the project and give me a definitive bid. Adrian's bid was competitive with other bids I received for the work. They were able to start work sooner than first thought, and completed the project within a week of contacting them. | |Very punctual, courteous, and professional service. Definitely willing to go the extra mile to make sure work was done to my satisfaction. Would definitely use them again for fencing work.

Description of Work: Removal of old deck. New footings and complete framework for new deck. with appropriate ledger boards and flashing. New deck surface with composition decking and hidden fasteners. Aluminum posts and stainless steel cable railing assembly. Had to work around several large stumps and a challenging slope. Work performed promptly, knowledgeably and cheerfully. Excellent clean-up.The end result has received numerous accolades!

Description of Work: A "new to the company" salesperson showed up to provide quote. He was unsure of some of the variations I was asking about. He was very confused by the fact that I needed to see the quote broken down into sections (fence sections) since I was trying to minimize unnecessary costs, and since my neighbor would have nothing to do with sharing in their portion. I also became aware of some MAJOR issues that would have to be dealt with that this contractor never even mentioned or noticed(??). So I don't even think the final quote could be trusted, and yet theirs was close to a quote from another company that DID notice/call out the special work required. The final quote received was very hard to read, interpret. The salesperson obviously didn't understand why I needed to see things broken down as requested. And I never got even one follow up call.

THE COST OF THE WORK WAS $1,000 LESS THAN THE BID FROM A COMPETITOR (AND THEY NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO SHOW UP IN PERSON FOR AN ESTIMATE). THE MATERIALS WERE IDENTICAL TO THOSE USED IN THE COMPETITORS ESTIMATE. THE FENCE BUILDERS WERE NICE AND INDUSTRIOUS. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE ADRIAN'S AGAIN.

THE JOB WAS SCHEDULED WITHIN 1 DAY OF ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL, AND THE WORK BEGAN LATER THAT WEEK. THE MEN WHO PERFORMED THE WORK WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK WAS HIGH QUALITY AND PERFORMED EXACTLY TO MY REQUEST.

THE PROBLEM LIES MOSTLY WITH THE SALES/PROJECT MANAGER WHO IS NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. AFTER MANY CALLS AND SOME PERSUASIVENESS, THEY DID COME OUT AND MAKE THE IMPROVEMENTS.
