+ -1 moreAlec and his son did an outstanding job!! Prompt, polite, professional!! Alec cares about the quality of his work. He repeatedly and carefully worked the stained areas until they we once again white. It seemed like the other companies we had worked with had set their priority to get in and out fast. Alec set his priority on doing a thorough job, and did not leave until he was satisfied with the results. Cards on the table -- Alec saved my Mom thousands of dollars! Her house was going on the market and we were expecting to have to replace her carpet. But Alec came through in flying colors. We were incredibly pleased, as was our realtor, with Adams Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning and Mom's seemingly new white carpet. Thank you Alec -- you rock!!
Description of Work: My 91-yr old legally blind mother lived alone in her home the last 14 years with a white wool berber carpet. A carpet that despite having been cleaned a number of times by top-rated national companies had various stains including coffee that never came out. And Mom's traffic areas would never quite whiten up. We held out little hope that Mom's houseful of white carpet would clean up when her home went on the market. Our realtor recommended Adams Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. I crossed checked with Angie's List, and called Alec.

+ -1 moreHe was punctual and he was on time. He did a good job. He came did the job and left. He was a little bit lesser than he quoted. We made one phone call to set up the appointment and he came when he said he would come.
