A FRESH COAT PAINTING

Description of Work: I hired this company to paint several rooms and refinish some cabinets. First-rate work, both in planning and execution. They finished ahead of time and left everything very clean.

Description of Work: Painted a small bedroom. The painter did an excellent job. He was here exactly on time with his supervisor, who made sure my wishes were clear. The painter went right to work, and six hours later, the job was done to perfection!

Description of Work: Variety of painting jobs - ceilings, repairs, blemishes, railings, wall painting, bathroom ceiling. Considering the amount of work, VERY reasonably priced. Very fast and meticulous. They promise to leave the place as neat as it was or cleaner, and the do!!! Everything went back in place in no time, everything was spotless. The quality of painting was impeccable. Will use them again for sure!

Description of Work: Applied Venetian plaster to our home office wall. We selected three colors that Kurt blended in a unique pattern which gives the appearance of a marbling effect. We are extremely pleased with the results. Description of Work: The ceiling was heavily damaged in two rooms due to roof leaks. It needed to be scraped, prepped, plastered, and repainted. It took 3 & a half days to complete.

Description of Work: Kurt provided interior painting which included two specialty finishes for most of the entire home - living room, dining room, kitchen, all hallways, family room, two accent walls in 2 bedrooms. The specialty walls are fabulous! I am especially fond of the plaster technique that incorporated two colors - Wow.

Description of Work: Painted interior of our new construction, 1800-square-foot townhouse and the garage excluding ceiling, crown molding, baseboards, window and door trim, which we left in the original white. Prepped areas where necessary and applied two coats to all surfaces. Kurt and Paul spent hours with us patiently going over color choices for every room. They had a wide array of sample chips and were very helpful without being the least bit pushy. We had originally asked for a ragging technique for the walls in the salon above the wooden wainscoting. Kurt suggested a Venetian plaster and showed us a sample. It added about $500 to the price, but it was well worth it. Kurt spent hours prepping the walls, applying the plaster in coats, and then burnishing the surface with a trowel to give it a textured appearance. The room looks fantastic! Their paint work was equally skilled; the cut lines are absolutely perfect, and the transformation from plain white walls to warm colors throughout is amazing.

Description of Work: I contracted A Fresh Coat Painting, LLC to repaint each wall in my house. I walked through the house and specified which color I wanted on which wall. I also wrote the color next to breakout listed on the quote.

Description of Work: The job had two parts: (1) repainting an accent wall (8 x 20 ft) in the master bedroom, including portions extending into two closets, and (2) painting over a corner stain on a high (24 foot) living room ceiling with one paint and then applying a couple of coats of another color on the wall approx. 15 feet below to cover the resurfacing of the water-damaged area. After the new paint was applied in the bedroom, there were traces of the original wall color on the floor molding. This was due, as it turned out, to the sloppiness of the original painters who had not taped the molding carefully four years ago. Kurt sent one of his workers to redo the molding paint, even though it wasn't his responsibility and, strictly speaking, he didn't have to. I appreciate that he made it right and I am very pleased with the improved appearance of the room.

Description of Work: Painted our 20 foot entry-way walls, plus the walls going up the stairs and our upstairs hallway.

Description of Work: He cleaned, primed and painted the exterior of one my level home.

Description of Work: Removal of old wallpaper and some minor wall repairs completed prior to painting. We had two bedrooms, living room, hallway, all trim, ceilings and great room painted. All the rooms were different colors. They also repaired and stabilized our front door.

Trim included picture moldings, 3 windows, a 10 light door, a brand new wood fireplace, laundry chute door, banister and ash trap door.
