Made a solid appointment with Reed on 12/10/21 for 7:45am the next morning. At 8:30 he called to tell me "sorry" and that he could arrive by 9:15am. My response was not to bother, that I'd find another company with more integrity. This is an incredibly lame way of doing business and such poor customer service. The charge was going to be $275 for leaving a live trap with me. Pretty good money for such little work. I can only surmise that this company could care less.

Reed arrived promptly for each appointment, professionally explained the process and costs, and dropped into our crawl space without hesitation. Controlled rats and closed ingress in 2 visits, then cleaned up our crawl space including a new vapor barrier on the 3rd visit. So far, no more rats... The whole process couldn't have gone better or had a better outcome.

It was excellent. They were quick, thorough, and they have a great price. They were super friendly.

Showed up on time, and was done within the estimated time. All work was professional, more comprehensive than I knew it needed to be. He took care of the problem fully, including sanitation. Communication was excellent. I found a true home-care partner.
