The price was close to other quotes but they had an extra $150 off bonus so they were actually cheapest at the time. In terms of service provided, the new water heater is installed much better than the old one, all was done fast and clean, I got tons of good advice about the water heater how to winterize my garage faucet. I would recommend this company, all was done fast and easy with great customer service. :)

We thought we had a drain issue from our dishwasher. Richard & Chris helped us figure out that it was not a plumbing issue but instead an issue with our dishwasher. Chris gave us some great tips on how to solve the sludge build-up in the dishwasher, which saved us lots of money.

He did a great job.

We had them come out to inspect a sink that had extremely low water pressure. It turned out there was a plastic particle in the faucet head and, once removed, the water flowed fine. The whole process took about 90 seconds and we were billed $180.00. In addition, we asked for a quote for an eventual hot water heater replacement. Since that day, we have called and texted daily to schedule that service which is NOT something we asked for. Overall, not impressed with their value.

What I thought was going to be total water heater replacement turned into an expansion tank and pressure valve replacement which Travis knew within 30 seconds of talking to me when he got to my house. Everything was seamless from confirmation via text, to letting me know that Travis was coming along with a photo of who to expect. My hot water heater is 14 years old so I know I'm on borrowed time and will be keeping your phone number handy for when the day comes that I need help with that. I never know what I'm doing with respect to home repairs and I was completely at ease and knew I was in good hands.
