This was much more expensive for replacement of a garbage disposal, which we provided! The plumber was extremely efficient and knowledgeable, but I was shocked to see how much it cost. I had to have the repair done to get my kitchen back!

I will start with the positives: The scheduler was responsive and got me a time as quickly as possible. The service technician (Shawn) showed up on time and walked me through the estimate. He was also able to replace my water heater the same day on a Friday evening. After being without hot water for a few days, this was greatly appreciated! Some help/support arrived and they worked really well together. Great team and great work. They also were willing to answer any questions and concerns I had. Now onto the Negatives and truth. The technician was agitated when he showed up and performed the work. With his agitation as he arrived, he never should have come to my house/job site as he was distracted and not focused on the job at hand. Although he performed the job the same day, he made some extreme mistakes and did not seal the gas flex properly. He actually did not seal it at all. There was a natural gas leak in my house for approximately 20 hours that could have been a lot worse. Based on symptoms my dog and I were experiencing, we were both checked out as soon as possible. The company is arguing the medical treatment was not necessary after an 20 hour gas leak next to my furnace/ventilation system. Please exercise caution when using this company for anything relating to gas. This was a large over site that could have cost my life as well as my dogs.

I paid a $75 fee for a quote. My thought is a quote should be free. I live in an older condominium so the plumbing is very old, and the recommendation was for re-piping. The reason I wanted a quote was the water pressure for the hot water in my kitchen is nearly a dribble, although the cold water pressure is fantastic. The plumber told me it is likely due to old plumbing and the pipes are galvanized with a lot of debris and probably rust. I always run the hot water usually on a daily basis so I haven't noticed rust, but I can understand the debris issue. The problem is the condo is part of a duplex condominium building and both owners would have to buy into replacing the pipes, which would be a very costly venture, at least for me. I am recently retired and cannot afford the pricing, as the quote for repiping was emailed about 10 days after the plumber's visit. Included was also a separate quote for flushing the hot water pipe in the kitchen with the caveat it would only be a temporary fix due to galvanized pipe, so I really don't see the point of spending the money. I had not been able to get repiping done due to my work schedule in the past, and now that I'm retired and have the time, don't have the money. I've lived with the problem for a long time, so I'll continue to do so.

We hired this company to come out and repair a dripping faucet in the bathtub and sink in the bathroom. After the repair, we noticed that the sink was still dripping. They came out again and told us that they do not guarantee their work and that it would cost $300 -$800 for them to come out and replace the fixtures since that was the problem. Long story, short, we will be replacing the fixtures ourselves, and we are out the $500 it cost to repair the leaks originally. I guess the bath still works.

They did an excellent job with my plumbing projects. Fair price, and quality work. And the plumber doing the work did an outstanding job!
