Blue Sky Tree Service

I had Blue Sky do some work for me a few years ago and it went great so I contacted them again to have someone come out and give an estimate to grind some stumps down for me. The first time I called I left a message and received no response. The second time I called and left another message and finally got a call back from Jason. Jason told me that he would be able to come out the next day on Sunday, but he never showed. I had great service with them previously which I why I was so dissapointed that they left me hanging and didn't bother to call or anything. Their communication was horrible.

BY FAR THE BEST PRICING, QUALITY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HAVE REFERRED THEM TO SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE.

JOHN AND THE GENTLEMAN THAT DID THE TREE CLIMBING WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES. THEY ARRIVED EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I HAD TO POSTPONE THE WORK TWICE BUT JOHN DIDN'T SEEM TO MIND. HE RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY. JOHN'S BID FOR THE JOB WAS THOROUGH AND VERY SPECIFIC. HOWEVER, HE DID GIVE ME A LITTLE FLEXIBILITY WITH DETERMINING WHICH BRANCHES TO REMOVE FOR THE CORRECT APPEARANCE. THEY WORKED CONTINUOUSLY WITH ONE SHORT BREAK. THEY SEEMED TO ENJOY THEIR WORK. THEIR PRICES WERE REASONABLE FOR THE JOB WE HIRED THEM TO DO. A RHODY UNDERNEATH ONE TREE DID SUFFER SOME DAMAGE WHEN A BRANCH FELL ON TOP OF IT. AFTERWARD, JOHN MADE A MORE DILIGENT EFFORT AT ALERTING THE GENTLEMAN SCALING THE TREE THAT THERE WAS A SHRUB BELOW HIM. I WOULD CERTAINLY INFORM THEM OF ANY DELICATE PLANTS NEARBY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH CUTTING. THERE WOULDN'T BE ANY PROBLEMS THEN.
