Travis immediately returned our call for a quote, made an appointment and was on time for that appointment. We had some challenging issues with some areas of our gutter project and Travis had some really great ideas to address the issues perfectly. We accepted the bid, which we felt was fair. Perhaps not a and quot;steal' but we like to support local businesses and everyone needs to make a living. And I should note that his final invoice was slightly lower than his quote. Bonus! The installer made quick work of the project and they were done within 2 days. They were neat and tidy cleaning up their work area each day and very professional. We were very impressed with all aspects of their work. Further, we believe that the gutters Travis and his crew installed will likely last longer than we will own the house! Will update if there are any issues and of course we haven't had a good rain yet, however we really believe Travis steered us in the right direction in all levels of this installation. NOTE: We have also engaged Coast Gutters to do our bi-annual gutter cleaning. A key component to helping your gutters last. All in all we had a very positive experience with Coast Gutters and are happy to recommend them.

Couldn't have gone better. He called same day that I contacted him, promised to drive by to look at job site by a certain day, did so, gave us a bid, installed gutter and downspout, sent picture via email so that we could see what it looked like. We have also seen the job up close and it looks great.

They came out, it took them a while to get out here to give me an estimate and finally they said they were going to be here on Friday but they never ever showed up and they never ever called. The quote was reasonable. It was just the fact that I sat here waiting for them and they never showed up. I finally had to get somebody else to do it. These guys don't show up. It is ok if you give me the joke price but if you give me the professional price, you got to be professional. I will never work with them ever. If a guy does not show up, I don't care what kind of quality it is, I have got stuff to do too.

He is excellent and very good about a lot of things. He got us James Sheldon to fix the deck. I called the original gutter people, but they gave us the run around and never came out. The water run off was constantly pouring onto the chimney of our pellet stove. He came right out, looked at, and gave us some options. He put some bigger gutters on the house. He is a wonderful person. His pricing is very reasonable and worth every penny.

They came out and took care of it. They did a nice job and were very helpful.
