Richard and his crew did a great job rebuilding a roof in front of our Garage. It was a challenging reconstruction project and he left everything perfectly finished, uncluding electrical and lighting. His original quote was fair and as he moved thru the project some additional work was discovered. He charged extra for the work needed but the price was extremely fair. I recommend Richard Clooten for any construction and home rebuilding and I will use him in the future for sure. He is very professional, always on time, and did a great job. The garage Looks Like new.

RJ Clooten did a great job on adding my wet bar! A nice match to kitchen on 2nd level, Looks like it was originally build as part of the house. Met my requirements and quality needs.

Water damage from failed/poorly manufactured window sills and flashing is difficult to impossible to fully identify until it's pulled open to see the extent of the mold and/or dry rot. Rich was very clear in his quote, and flexible in creating groupings of the repair projects we have to complete. He is very considerate in reviewing options for materials and what can be done to head off future problems. He also was able to fit in our project between larger contracts, so the work was done very quickly. Really pleased to find RJ Clooten Homes through Home Advisor and will continue to utilize his services.

He kept in communication, found some structural problems that we were unaware of so the overall cost was slightly higher than expected, but we are very pleased.

Rich did me a huge favor by trimming my granite counter so a new oven/range could be installed. He was having a very busy day of commitments with other clients. My job, while not big, was more than he expected; yet he dug in and just got it done for me.. I was desperate and he was a life saver!

Thank you Richard! You made the process fast and easy. Richard was able to repair broken door frame by gluing it and nailing it back together, instead of replacing the entire door. Grumpy husband is happy with the results.

The Technicians were very friendly and did very good job, spending time measuring to fit all the boards in place and fixing the previous bad installation of my fence in 2 days, They were Awesome!!

Richard worked and planned around the spring weather to clean and seal my mahogany decks and cement driveway. I am impressed in particular with Vlada's work ethic and attention to detail and quality work.

Richard did an excellent job of fixing a window with carpenter ants. He is reasonable, knowledgable and does quality work.

Very quality work for the price.

Richard is very competent and well able to handle odd challenges thrown his way. I am in a 50's era house with old wiring and retro design. He had no problem with old wiring when installing a new light fixture, was able to fit a wide dog door into a narrow regular door, and various other chores. He was friendly and knowledgeable about all details. I plan to ask him again for future jobs.
