 + -1 moreThere was a delay a couple times by telephone answering my call, but overall we had good communication. He was timely for the appointments. A portion of the patio roof could have required some creative construction, but Jeff had a simple solution to the problem. We had a long discussion about the project . I got three estimates, his was in the middle. He gave me several references. It took him and his helper a couple days to build a good solid patio cover. I would hire Jeff again.
Description of Work: Jeff Bayless gave me an estimate for a patio cover. It has a comp roof and is attached to the back of the garage.

home remodeling
 + -1 moreOverall did a good job but had a number of issues relating to attention to detail. Tried to live with it but finally decided to contact them. This was several months after the job was completed and they were more than willing to work with me to resolve the problems. In working with Perfect World make sure you are clear in your communications to avoid confusion and misunderstandings. If you see any work not up to your standards don't hesitate to bring it to their attention. They will take care of it. However it is up to you to make sure you make them aware of it.
Description of Work: Bathroom remodel. Recently moved into a 1960's daylight ranch. It has a small master bathroom with tiny shower that was falling apart. Jeff and his crew performed the remodel. We moved a wall to add a more space to the bathroom. On the other side of the shower was a hallway linen closet. We moved the linen closet to a different location and reclaimed the space to create a deeper tiled shower. Also added new cabinet, sink top and marmoleum flooring.
