Description of Work: Complete roof! Tear off,new metal flashing, installed smart vent along the bottom of roof to increase air flow to the ridge vent. 30yr architectural shingles with sinthetic underlayment. Added vent in dormer along with bath fan exhaust vent. Replaced several fascia boards due to rot. |No short cuts were taken doing the roof. Roof was completed in 1 day. Crew was professional and able to answer my questions. Property was clean when they left! I Would highly recommend getting an estimate from Diversified Roofing.
