+ -1 moreDan took our money and now won't return calls or return the money. Dan is liar and can't be trusted. It's bee 6 months since we gave him $400 to order the part and now he just doesn't return calls. We will be filing with the BBB and taking legal action against this con man.

+ -1 moreThe service was performed in May 2011. We hired Dan to clean drain, clean out and refill our hot tub. The service was fine, a little expensive, but overall it was fine. My husband hired him to do the work and he was suppose to be over to the house at a certain time; he wasn't here at the time, which was fine but I had to run out to do a quick errand and when I came back he was here and had started to do the work. I thought this was odd because our fence is locked and isn't the type of fence that you even climb over. I thought by chance that I didn't lock the gate, but was fairly certain I had locked it. We had a situation come up where we had to review the security video of the house (unrelated to Dan) and we saw him cut into our fence to get through! Instead of calling us to let us know that he was here and how we could let him in (by a neighbor) or that I was right around the corner, he chose to damage the fence and come in and start work. Now there a hole in the fence that isn't repairable as it is a specialty type of mesh; the entire piece has to be replaced. We are not only upset, but shocked that he would have done this AND didn't even feel the need to tell us after he cut his way in. He had every chance to tell me as he came to the door to get paid! Amazing.
Description of Work: Dad cleaned, drained and refilled our hot tub.

+ -1 moreHe was very rude, he did very shoddy work. The hot tub still doesn't work right. The pump won't shut off. My wife was very upset by the way he talked to her. He charged another 500 for this trip and I had no choice but to pay him to get my parts back. I will still have to call another repair guy to finish the job.
Description of Work: After a 3 and a half month wait and numerous complaints the guy finally came back out and finished the repair job he started back in December. He had taken my pump and controller in for repair. He reinstalled the equipment and it more or less works.
