Description of Work: Removed damaged "chair rail" trim from half bathroom, replaced with new trim, painted bathroom. Todd arrived when he said he would and got the work done quickly. We were so pleased with the job he did on our guest bath remodel a few weeks ago we decided to have him spruce up this half bath. Again we are very happy with the result.

Description of Work: Remodeled guest bathroom, replaced tub/shower combo with a Swanstone shower. Todd worked around a whole-house re-pipe that was being done at the same time, coordinating with the plumbers. He replaced the flooring, painted, and took care of extra details that came up after the project was begun. He was punctual, professional and did an excellent job with everything. We are very happy with the results and recommend Todd to anyone needing work done.

+ -1 moreNeeded section of fence replaced on sloping section of property. Todd came buy and measured the property. Was planning on doing the work the following week but the local rains hit and we had to postpone project for a couple of weeks until it got dry. Final work was excellent and he cleaned up and hauled away the old fence, which we were not expecting. Todd used wood screws which really impressed us.

+ 8 moreALWAYS polite, helpful, fast, thorough, neat, does quality work. BEST problem-solver for those tricky repairs, exp. in older homes. Will always suggest the least-expensive idea and can usually make it work beautifully. I've had him helping me with projects for over 4 years now and have had an extremely positive result every time. My house couldn't manage without him!
Description of Work: Repaired drywall (damaged by leak) and refinished and painted a room (2 coats) and ceiling. Reset door to room so it closes properly. Scraped chimney front to paint when rains stop. Installed grab bars. Repaired/replaced porcelain tiles in entry way and on front steps. Applied Kilz to another room to paint next week.

Description of Work: Todd tiled the shower and floor, replaced sinks, and faucets, electrical wiring, and installed light fixtures. He remodeled two bathrooms. He performed the same services for two other neighbors on our street. Everyone is very pleased.

+ -1 moreHe was very prompt coming out when I called him to see about an estimate for the job after I accepted the bid he got to the job within a few weeks. All of the other contractors I had called took over a month to get back to; some not at all. When he started the job he finished it in just a few days, kept me posted on everything since I was at work and cleaned up the job site very well.
Description of Work: He enclosed the area under a large deck with plastic lattice also building three large gates to get into this area and rebuilt a set of steps that had deteriorated
