Description of Work: The furnace stopped working. I have to call Pacific for service since we rent this house. They came out and checked the furnace. They said it wasn't the furnace, the problem was in the breaker box. This repairman from Pacific Air was texting his girlfriend the whole time he was here. So I called Reese Electric. They came out and said that the breaker switch for the furnace was scorched and could have caused a house fire. So the replaced the switch. Still the furnace didn't work. I called Pacific Air again and they couldn't come out till the next day around 2PM. They showed up around 3PM. It was the same repairman but this time he didn't use his cell phone. He had to replace a part in the furnace and since it was under warranty and it was the second time he had to come out, he didn't charge us for the part or service call. Linda Bass
