We have now had Gina as both our buying and selling agent and she excelled in both! She was able to find us the house we wanted in a difficult market and years later was able to sell a house for us, landing us a fabulous deal. You cant go wrong with Gina! She keeps up with the market without losing touch with her clients needs, and she does this all with genuine care. We highly recommend her for your buying/selling/rental needs!

They decided to fix the roof while we were renting I called the office to see how long the job would be because the noise was unbearable, if it was going to be long term job I felt entitlement to reduced rent. Gina accused me of trying to get cheaper rent and proceeded to hang up on me. She will no longer return my calls, only calls my roommate back. All I called for was a simple answer as to how long the work would take, an answer you would think they would be able to provide simply. Instead I got accused and hung up on because she did not know how long job would take. Very unprofessional, never been hung up on by someone I give income to, unbelievable!! Work on house continued at 730 in mornings nice to wake up to banging hammers, asked them to wait till 9am, to no oblige work continued early in the mornings. Called to complain, returned call to my roommate complainng about me calling and complaining about the noise daily. Proceeded to tell my roommate that it does not look good for "future rentals" for caddies due to me trying to exercise my tenant rights. I'm pretty sure she will be discriminatory to any caddie who wants to rent from beach loop realty as she claims she plans on growing ether business. Might want to stop hanging up on customers if you want that business to grow, not to mention discriminatory rent practices based on your source of employment. Treats tenants like children.
