I was very pleased with their services. It was close to home, they were very helpful in explaining and actually showing me what was wrong. I was in a rough spot because of finals, and needed my laptop good and running again ASAP, these guys got the job done fast, right, and within a reasonable price range. After a not so great experience with another local computer repair service business I was hesitant to try a smaller local company again vs. the big corporate guys, but now I am so happy I did! It's good to know there are still some really good, honest, smart, and caring people out there that are on your side! Definitely my go to place now for any future computer and tech needs.

Overall I was very pleased with the work they did. They returned my computer very quickly and the charges were will within what they estimated. I was very happy with their service. I found that my printer was not connected when I went on the next morning. I called, they found that they would need to make a house call to complete the connection. They gave me a time of 10:30--they were here at exactly 10:30 and were done within 5 minutes, no charge.
