KRAFT SCREEN & DOOR

I already gave a review but couldn't revise so thought I'd add another comment as there is now another problem. I also didn't want to give an "F" at first, but in view of my problems, I think it's deserved. Not only does the door not latch that Kraft installed, but now the strip at the bottom is coming off. The strip by the way was already replaced once. I think this is happening because the door isn't fitting like it should. Kraft came out about 2-3 times but never fixed it properly. The last time it went bad a day later. Sorry, the gentleman who came out was very nice, but apparently couldn't make it right.

Kraft through Home Depot came out late weeks after Home Depot appointment. After wasting time measuring doors they declined the work because they don’t have the skills to replace simple patio doors, I was given no good justification on why the job was not taken. For a company that specializes in door installs this was shocking for sure.

Terrific - they came out when promised (and brought a new office hire to see how estimation takes place). Both field and office staff accurately described the screen door, and options such as "pet mesh." Came back 2 weeks later as scheduled, and installed in about an hour. Lifetime guarantee. Works wonderfully. This is with the darker "pet mesh" - but you can see how "light" it looks when looking out from the kitchen.
