+ -1 moreI was skeptical about the repair locatuion but waited for some subsequent heavy rains but no further leaks occurred and I have now repaired the ceiling damage. Dave was correct for which I grateful, especially for his prompt response when 2 other roofers refused to respond. I have contracted with his company for roof cleaning.
Description of Work: I haderious roof leak and needed a Duralast roofer. Dave came quickly, identified the leak in the siding just above the roof. Returned within 48 hours and repaired the siding defect, caulked another siding

+ 1 moreIt's not a big roof. When I questioned the rate I was told it was complicated because they had to wear spikes on their shoes. Then I was told he was busy and that's what it would take to fit me in. When I pushed he asked rather angrily what I thought it was worth. I ended up paying $950 for another service company to take care of the repair and cleaning. They even picked up the needles they put on the ground!
Description of Work: First off it took a week to return my call. After I had him come out to the house I was quoted $2500 to clean the roof and gutters and spray the roof for moss. they would put the needles from the roof on the ground then it was on me to clean them up.

+ 0 moreMy neighbor used this company some years ago and was happy with their work, so I contacted them when I found out that I had some shingles missing. They replaced the missing shingles and located and fixed a small leak. They removed the moss from the entire roof by hand (not with pressure washing) and then cleaned the debris out of the gutters. Afterwards they applied treatment to inhibit moss regrowth. I found calls returned as promised and the job was actually completed sooner than I had expected.
