+ -1 moreI was pleased with the quickness, to have our old laptop info, transferred to the new computer on the spot, & go back home with it. It took longer to get our old computer back. I did have to make a couple phone calls, to see if it could be fixed. They had to order a part, & we just picked it up. We have 2 weeks, to see if we have any problems, and to let them know.
Description of Work: I took my older laptop in to see if it could be fixed, & ha. If we had them transfer everything over, from the old computer, to our new computer. He did it while I waited, which was nice to go home with the new computer up & running.

Description of Work: They removed several viruses from my computer and set me up with a better protection service that costs me nothing. I had been using a service that cost me $80 per year. The guys there are very knowledgable and I feel I really got my money's worth. I will definitely use them again.
