+ -1 moreWe had a heat pump installed. Their price quote was fair and accurate. During the estimate appt, the rep explained the heating system thoroughly. It did take a while to get the units in stock, but once the units were in, the appointment was fast and the installation time was quick. The installers were friendly and knew their job and they were tidy - both inside and out. The office staff was courteous on the phone and gave honest time estimates. We would use them again.

Description of Work: We had them install a mini split heat pump and a Heat Recovery Ventilation unit. After some significant communication issues that led to delays in installation they did accommodate the changes needed to correct the misunderstanding. The installers were friendly and professional and installation was eventually completed on schedule. They still need to come back to balance the ventilation system once drywall is installed.

Description of Work: Very low pressure. Tested with soap and visual for leaks. Pulled system down. Triple Evac and weighed in additional charge to get to factory amount

+ -1 moreThey came out and fixed the furnace in about 2 hours. We were surprised how little it cost because they had to add junction box and conduit to make it up to code.
Description of Work: Bought home and furnace wouldn't start. They came out adjusted the jets and added a junction box that should have been done when it was built.
