+ -1 moreWhen he realized he could not repair the damage that was done he had a temper tantrum and walked off this job. I paid him and his helper. Neither would take my direction. I have not talked to him since. I would never hire him again and I would advise no one else to hire him.
Description of Work: I retained him to build an accessory building. Part of that accessory building was a garage. I had purchased a garage door prior. He measured my car to make sure it would fit. I found that my car does not fit and the garage door that I have is 14 feet wide and he put the header for a 10 foot door. My car is 2 feet longer than the depth of the garage and I can’t install the door. He did not put flashing at the foot of the building before he applied the siding to it. It did not pass inspection for that reason. The roof is a tongue and groove roof. At the end of the building, there was no overhang to put a gutter up.
